There was nothing. Then the bright white lights, yelling, touching, then it was gone again. It went on and off, textures, sound.Everything started then stopped. It was-Is-overwhelming. I was not whelmed, not whelmed at all.

When I woke I had known not to open my eyes, the bright lights would be too much. Sounds were the first thing I focused on, beeping sounds, a women talking with a man. His deep voice and her soft sweet one.

Then a goodbye and the door shut, softly but noticeable.

"Who are you?" He asked" I know you're awake."

My eyes open slowly, taking the bright light in and the tall man. He was dressed in black, the eye patch strapped around his blade head.

"Um.. Who are you?" I ask, a little scared. I may be a superhero but that doesn't mean I can't be scared.

"I am Nicholas J. Fury Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. I'll ask again, Who are you?"

Nicholas J. Fury, where have I heard that? Do I know his doppelganger-Oh no. Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. both connect to my siblings. What should I do!?

"Again, what is your name?" He asks impatiently,I thought he was this big time spy. I can see how he's feeling, he's not doing a good job.

"Aria, Why? "I ask.

"We ran your blood in our system, it had a strange match. "He answered," It did match a member of my team."

"Really!? Cool!" I act, my excitement is fake.

"Your acting doesn't fool me, I've been in this business longer than you've been born." He says, "If you won't give us the answers we need then we will have to turn to other methods."

Other methods! That could mean anything! I know that S.H.I.E.L.D. wouldn't do anything to a child, at least not publicly.

"Like what?" I ask, my voice may have sounded like I feel but he didn't show he noticed.

"You will be placed under S.H.I.E.L.D. supervision,under the care of the avengers and they will be made aware of predicament." He says.

"That's not so bad, I've seen-nothing that bad before but it can't be that bad."I say, just barley saving myself.

"As I've said before, your lying is something to work on."He may not show,but he was amused. "You will have to make your choice soon, you're lucky that you even get a choice. I'd choose wisely."
