When Lucas woke up he grope his bed to search for sapphire, but He felt nothing made him slightly panic. He jumped out of his bed, wore his shirt, and put his pants on.
He got out of his bed and dashed out of his room, suddenly..
"Lucas?" Sapphire was behind him all along, while holding a frittata on a plate on her hands, he held his chest and sighs in relief.
"Where are you going?" She asked, Lucas shake his head. He walk closer to her and hugged her waist, resting his head on her shoulder.
She was wearing the same nightgown from last night, it was a grey laced dress with floral design. "I told you not to wear anymore of this, it makes me go crazy." He said, gliding his finger on her straps.
She smiled "Eat up." And kisses his lips.
"I wanna eat." He said in a seductive voice, Sapphire rolled her eyes. "Sweetie, have breakfast." She said And Lucas nodded.
He sat on the chair, while Sapphire placed the Frittata on the glassed table, Lucas held her hands and nonstop kissing her palms.
Sapphire slightly blushed, she was so used to this and she loved it so much. "Lucas.. i need to tell you something.." She said.
Lucas stopped from kissing her palms, he pulled her made her sit on his lap. "What is it?"
"Some people invited me."
"Oh.. that's good, who is it?"
"Some politician's wife, and they are inviting me to be with them.. Including Cherry."
..........
There at a Luxurious restaurant in manhattan, politicians wife, business woman, and wives of some CEO came.
Including Cherry.
All of them are chatting, about something, talking about their husbands.
"What's taking her so long?" Cherry asked irritated, She looked at her phone screen checking on the time. "She's so unprofessional, aren't you guys irritated?" Cherry asked the other.
"Miss Jones, please calm down.. Mrs Fernandez will be here any moment now." Said by Mrs. Park.
"Oh! She's here!" Other said while pointing at Sapphire, she walked closer to them and sat right beside them.
"Ooh la la~ Mrs Fernandez.. You looking so fine." Mrs. Smith said while looking at her head to toes.
She was wearing a simple white dress that fit her body very well. "Congratulations about you're wedding anniversary." Mrs. Green said.
"Thank you very much, i'm sorry i was a bit late, My husband is such a stubborn guy." She slightly laughed. "A bit?!" Cherry stated.
"That wasn't a bit, Mrs Fernandez, you're late i'm sure you just did that on purpose because you wanted to be the spotlight here." Cherry said rolling her eyes.
"Miss Jones.. It was a very special night, and i'm sure.. Nevermind.. you wouldn't even relate." Sapphire said while taking a sip on a coffee.
"What? Are you telling me I haven't done anything good for my fiancé?" Cherry asked.
"Nope."
"I'm just telling you that haven't you realize that all of us are married? except for you? Of course having honey moon or special nights after your wedding anniversary couldn't be relatable when It comes to you." Sapphire said.
"Right, when are you going to get married Miss Jones?" Mrs. Park asked.
Cherry stutters, the fact that Eric hasn't been agreeing on marrying her, he said that she's taking it too fast.
"S-soon." Cherry stutters, made Sapphire quietly scoffs. "Are you laughing at me? Aurora?" Cherry asked, Sapphire shake his head.
"Why would i do that Miss jones? That's so... Unprofessional. " She stated. "Umm.." the others where confused where this strange aura coming from.
"U-umm Let's talk about, Something else? Where did you meet Lucas? Aurora?" They asked, they were so interested.
Sapphire secretly glance at Cherry, she put the coffee down. "We met in Italy." She said.
'I-Italy?' Cherry gulped, she was nervous, and Sapphire noticed that.
"Is something wrong miss jones?" Sapphire asked, faking her worries. "Something wrong with me? N-Nothing is wrong with me." She said.
"So.. What's your job from before?" Mrs. Green asked. "I was a Doctor."
Cherry's feet were trembling, 'N-No she can't can't stop thinking that Aurora is Sapphire.
"I was a doctor in Italy for 5 years, then i met Lucas because he was injured.. then He just ask me out on a date." She said, Cherry heart was beating fast.
Sapphire noticed cherry, whose feet were trembling, beads of sweat dripping while twiddling her fingers together.
"Is there something wrong Miss jones?" Sapphire asked again, Cherry just rolled her eyes and scoff, pretending like everything was normal.
"You are so annoying, Mrs Fernandez." She joked, everyone laughed, but it's obviously not a joke.
"Oh! By the way Mrs. Fernandez, when are you Lucas ever planing on having a baby?" Mrs Smith asked.
Everyone looks so interested, they start asking her random questions and giving her advices from moms.
"We haven't decided yet.." Sapphire said sheepishly. "Oh? Is there a problem?" They asked, she shakes her head.
"We did talk and planned about it." She added.
"No, there's no problem or anything.. it's just.." she bite her lips.
"We wanted to finish something that has to be finished."
"And what is that Aurora?" Cherry asked, Sapphire slowly tilt her head and smirked.
"I need to finish someone who tries to kill me.."
Cherry eyes wide open, As She shakes in her own fear.
"—Tries to kill me with happiness..." she continued.
Suddenly a loud Sound echoes around the whole room, Sapphire grabbed her phone from her purse.
She opened her phone to see her notification, it was from Lucas.
'Baby.. i need you, i'm sorry for interrupting your girls talk, but I really, really need you.. i'm in trouble.' He said through texts.
'Where are you?' She asked.
'I'm at a bar.'
