As Marco felt his phone vibrated on his pocket, he take a look at his screen to see the person's Caller ID.
'My dumb ass brother'
Before Mario set his foot in Thailand, Lucas talked to him about protecting her at all cost, he would die if something happens to his wife.
But Before things really happened, Mario and Marco planed about Lucas's relationship with sapphire, Mario needs to observe and to take care of her sister.
While Marco need to test Lucas if he really was loyal or not.
He got outside the bar and put his phone in his ear answering the call. "Dude.. I can't sleep." Mario said in a tired voice.
"Why not?" He asked. "Because our freaking sister need comforts! She's like a teenager who just got dump by her boyfriend." Mario stated.
"Well duh? They have Relationship issues." Marco said as he let out a sigh.
"Good thing i'm single." He said.
"Table has turned bro, I'm getting laid and you're not." Mario snickers letting out a Humorous laugh.
"I-I got someone.. her name is Diana.."
"And we're going to have it." He lied while flicking his fingers.
"Whatever bro, Where's Our brother-in-law?" He said rolling his eyes. "With me.. bro he's depressed."
"Depressed?"
"Depressed bro, He desperately wants our sister, he looks so lonely, he don't smile, he don't talk too much, he has a little world of his own.." Marco paused as he keep looking at Lucas and Danny talking tiredly out the Bar's window.
"He's so sad, he keep looking for her, bro.. let me tell you he's really Depressed. No kidding." Marco added.
"Well i guess They're both the same, our sister keeps crying every night, she's eating ice cream asking me to buy her food, buy her that."
"She's really looking tired, she misses him so much." Mario explained.
"For the past days of observing him... is he Loyal?"
-Flashback-
"Sis Don't cry..please.." Mario said wiping her tears. "T-This wouldn't happen if he told me everything.." She said.
"There must be a reason why he did that.." Mario said, rubbing her back in comfort. "I know he wouldn't do that." Sapphire continuously sobbed.
"I wish I could never believe it, but it hurts real bad!!" She sobs, holding her chest in pain. "There must be a reason why he did those.."
"Maybe it's because if he told you everything you might leave him, it's because he doesn't wanted you to know because he doesn't wanted you to get hurt." Mario explained.
"Take me as a example.. me and my girlfriend was in a restaurant dating, it's our very special day, then my ex shows up, I didn't tell her that she was my ex because I don't know what will she react, will she get hurt or will she get mad?" He paused.
"It's our special day, I don't want to ruin it, it takes too much effort."
"If i told her the truth she might get hurt or worse, she might think suspicious.. she might get hurt without telling me, no matter how people wanted to tell the truth to someone, someone still get hurt." He added.
"But if he kept it a secret, that lie in your chest will keep hunting you forever, maybe because he didn't told you everything because it's a special night for the both of you.."
"That special night is a new memory to remember forever."
"If you were in a situation like his will you still even tell him the truth in your special night?" Mario asked.
"I would.. but not in that night—"
"Exactly!" Mario said speaking his point. "I'm not siding anybody here sis, i'm just here to explain everything, i don't want anyone to be confused." He Continued.
Sapphire bite the bottom of her lips as her eyes get teary. She wiped her tears with her sleeve rubbing her eyes until it turned red and puffy.
"I love him so much.."
"But i don't know how to talk to him.." she said, shaking her head. "I know he wouldn't do that to me, I keep stamping it on my chest that he wouldn't do those things to me.."
"But I can't stop doubting, what kind of a wife am i if I didn't know the whole story?" She asked herself.
"You're a great wife Sapphire, you are the most caring, most kindest Wife that Lucas has only had, People should be lucky having you.."
"That's why me and Marco are both very lucky having you.. maybe Lucas too." He said.
Sapphire was flattered. "You and Marco grownup, i'm proud very proud of the both of you." She said hugging her brother.
"Now go to sleep now, I can't sleep because of your loud ass sobbing." He said in a harsh tone, but made the both of them laugh.
"Good night." Sapphire kisses his forehead.
"Good night too sis."
-Flashback ended-
"And let me answer you bro... he is loyal." Marco said, while looking at Lucas through the window.
"Are we still going to continue this plan how are we even going to—"
"I knew someone." Marco cut his sentence as his eyes diverted at Danny who was talking with Lucas while patting his back in comfort.
"Well.. hope this works.."
"Hope i can convince him."
"You better, I don't have freaking money to sent you here in Thailand." Mario said through the phone.
"Sapphire's rich." Marco said as he heard his brother scoffs. "You better, cause i'm going.."
"To where?" Marco asked.
"To sleep, Duh?" Mario said while rolling his eyes rubbing his temples.
"Pfft. You always sleep." Marco said taking a sip of his margaritas.
"Because sleep is the most important thing in the whole ass universe bro, it gives you peace, joy and comfort, now if i don't sleep i might get depressed or worse!"
"I might never find true love again with my pillow or i might.. Die!" He yelled through the phone, Marco snickers.
"Says who?"
"Says me stupid, now I'm going back to bed.."
"Goodnight.."
"Goodnight too."
