Chapter 4

                                  Aaron's POV

   I walked into the cafeteria to see Ricardo already sitting at the table on his phone, while Gonzalo and Monica were being like every other couple. I don't know how I'm still friends with him after he got with my ex girlfriend I could've easily cut him off but I don't know why I didn't. I guess it was because we've been friends since we were in fourth grade that I felt some attachment to both of them at this point. I sat down just looking at them with disgust waiting for them to finish, Gonzalo looked at me and then stopped while Monica looked at him confused and then looked at me smirking.

"Jealous?" She asked with smirk on her face

"No, can you guys get a room?" I asked rolling my eyes

"Yeah the janitor closet isn't the best place to have sex of course you don't know because you're a virgin" he said giving me a glare like he was trying to rub it in my face that he got with my ex girlfriend when had a great girl last summer. I think she went by the name of Irina.

"Hey now I'm a virgin too sorry we can't get the ladies like you" Ricardo scoffed. I kept glancing back at the table Lizbeth was at. I still couldn't believe she was friends with the person I hated the most.

"Why do you keep looking over there?" Monica asked looking at who I was looking at

"He's either looking at Martinez or Vela" Ricardo said I turned around I see his stupid smirking. He has nothing else Better to do than piss off people

"Somehow Fernando was able to get rid of me all those years back, now we are in the same high school" I said shaking my head

"Or are you drooling over Martinez?" Monica asked

"she's not my type, she's not even at my level" I scoffed

"Yeah sure...you had a great conversation with her in class did ya now?" Ricardo asked I know what he was doing bringing out his cocky side

"I gotta admit Martinez is hot but probably-

"SHUT it Ray" I said clenched my teeth and jaw together

"Watch it just checking how respectful towards women you are" Ricardo said putting up his hands in surrender

"You don't need someone like her in your life" Gonzalo said looking over there

"And what if I do? What are you gonna do about it?" I asked

"Whatever man she's not at our level get over it" Gonzalo hissed

"What's your problem with her? You got some kind of past with her?" I asked getting up

"You know I'm glad you asked..I do yeah but that's none of your god damn business" he said getting all up in my face

"Alright alright guys remember we're in school...let's try to not get suspended yeah?" Ricardo said getting in the middle of us both

I looked over to see Lizbeth get up and walk out of the cafeteria, she looked upset as if her friends said something to piss her off, I say that because she was fine in class. I wanted to go comfort her and see what was wrong, then there's Fernando but he didn't seem to go after her. I saw how worried he looked.

"I'm going to the bathroom" I said walking off

I walked out of the cafeteria as I looked to my left and my right to see someone turn the corner that had to be Lizbeth. I walked down the same way as I saw her turn another corner, I walked down the hallway and turn that last corner to see her looking out the hallway window.
