I've been in this cabin for a week. No food, no water, I knew if I didn't figure out how to fly myself out as Castiel ever so kindly explained is how I got myself in here, I knew that I'd die from dehydration. I was already too weak to do much other that curl in a ball and think about what the hell I did. And then it happened.
I flew in to stand right next to the boys who were currently looking at a dead body. Great. This will be easy to explain to the doctor.
Dean looks at me as if I have two heads before quickly holding my side, realising that if he doesn't I'm going to fall."How did she-" the doctor starts but I interrupt him. "How'd id what? Doctor? I've been here the whole time you can even check the tapes." I croak and rub my throat. "Would you mind getting me a glass of water?" The doctor was more than slightly confused but complied, allowing me a chance to get accusing and 'you're in big trouble' glances from both my brothers.
"What the hell happened to you! You didn't even answer our calls."
"No reception in the middle of nowhere." I croak out once more, wincing at the pain of using my way too dry throat.
Before I can get any more questions the doctor comes back in with a glass of water which I down quickly. I clear my throat and try my best to make it look like I'm standing up on my own. "So, run us over about the body again?" I say, now being able to speak properly.
"Well, uh, there's not much to it. It was a heart attack. Why does the FBI wanna know?"
"That's above your pay grade." I say, Dean follows up with a "We just wanna see the results of Frank's autopsy."
"What autopsy?" The doctor asks and I lean towards the doctor slightly. "The one you're gonna give. Right now. While we watch." I demand and Sam looks at me concerned. This wasn't like me, and he knew it.
—
"First dead body?" He asks as he cuts the victim open. From both my doctor profession and my hunter profession it's most definitely not my first but I was too weak to really stand so it was easier if I just played along with me not having seen a body before.
"It's hers but far from ours." Dean says, glancing at me. We make eye contact and his eyes, whilst still holding concern, mostly show that he's pissed at me.
"That's unfortunate for her. These suckers can get pretty ripe." He says and it takes all my might not to dry heave from the smell. Usually I can handle it but I haven't eaten in a week so my body is a little sensitive.
And then the most disgusting thing happens. Bodily fluids pretty much explode onto me and Sam. After that, I don't remember much of anything. Whether I passed out or the lack of food and water had made me delusional, I can't really tell. All I know is I'm now waking up in the back of the impala.
"What the hell was that back there." I hear dean snap and I groan. "Dean, can we talk to this after I have had food and water? I haven't had anything but a single glass of water in a week so unless you want your sister to die, shut the hell up and drive." I mutter, my head leaning against the cool glass window.
"Well you're in luck. Sam is getting something to eat now so start talking." I shake my head and sigh, using my incredibly frail hands to rub my face.
Sam enters the car, throwing me a paper bag which contains a rather large cheeseburger and a large ice water. Usually that isn't my go-to meal but I'd eat anything at this point. I eat so quickly that again, the boys look at me as if I'm not even me. It's definitely not something I'd usually do.
"Seriously, Mia. What has gotten into you?" I hear Sam's gentle words as I finish the last of the burger. I hold up a finger as I regain my breath and sense of normality. "Right. According to Castiel, I'm part angel." Is all I say before going back to finishing my water
