I don't know what's wrong with Soyeon but recently she would always smile widely and weird when she sees me and Jisung.
Anyway, it has been a week after classes started and the school is having this celebration called The Acquaintance Party. I'm not sure though, but it is said that students will prepare things that are to be presented on stage. Right now, the class president is taking the time our professor have given us for some arrangements for the event.
"Ok, there will be a singing contest categorized by solo and a vocal duet, roleplaying, poster making, and a dance contest categorized by a group dance and duo presentation." Our president announced and listed it on the board.
"Let's start! Who wants to be our representative for the vocal solo?" She started and roamed her eyes. "I wanna do it!" Haeun, the class' very talented singer. I've heard her sing so many times already and her voice is so nice! "Ok, any objections?" None of course. Who would? All of us know here that she has a voice of an angel.
After organizing who is who to represent the other two categories, it is already for the Dance contest. "Now, for the dance contest. I'll choose." I laughed secretly looks like she doesn't want what happened earlier to happen again. It was when it is time to choose for the roleplay, there are to many girls and boys that wanted to portray on a certain character and had a small argument. That's it.
"We all know that Jisung is a 2nd Place Winner on SBDC and Han Seong's pride on Dance Contests. So he is already a participant on the dance contest." President said and listed Jisung's name on the board. I looked at Jisung and he is just chillin' as my other classmates are staring at him with loving eyes. I was shocked when he looked back at me and smiled. I eventually averted my gaze.
"Actually, Miss President, I don't want to be part of the group presentation, instead I want to do a duo." Jisung stood up and said those words. "With whom?" President asked curiously. Well, I'm also curious. "With this girl beside me." He pulled me up and placed his hand on my shoulder. I looked at him with a confused expression. "What are you doing?" I asked him. "What? I want to dance with you." He answered and faced front. "Is it okay with you President?" He asked our president. "Well, we all know here that Min Seo doesn't show off her talents in the class." Yeah, she's right I didn't perform last week when it was those days of introductions. "You guys don't know that she is a great dancer, I've seen her dance many times already." Jisung stated and took his phone out. He opened his gallery and I saw a video of me dancing! What?! How come he has a video?!
I was about to stop him from showing it to everyone but he is fast! He let everyone watch my video and I'm just sitting here covering my face from embarrassment.
"Well now, it is confirmed that Min Seo is surely a great dancer." President smiled at me and continued talking. "Ok. Now Jisung and Min Seo will be participating for the Dance Duo. Any objections?" She stated and roamed her eyes. Eunbin, the rude girl and the number 1 fangirl of Jisung as stated by her stood up and spoke. "How can a rookie and transferee like her collaborate with our Jisung?" And she even pointed me. "Eunbin, it was Jisung who chose her himself. Even if you are his fangirl or whatsoever. You can't do anything." President or should I call her Chaeyoung, defended and explained. "But! She is just a--" She stopped when Jisung called out her name. "Han Eunbin. What can you do? I chose her myself." Jisung spoke and stared at her. "I-" She was about to say something else but Chaeyoung told her to sit.
After that little argument, all of the categories are organized and it was already time for lunch. Me and Jisung agreed to eat together and also to talk about the performance. I went to the next room and saw Soyeon fixing her things. I called her out and she immediately went out and when she arrived at our spot.... There's her weird smile again! I pulled her towards the cafeteria because I'm hungry now. Jisung just followed us until we arrived.
After eating, Soyeon said that she and her groupmates are having a meeting so she will go first. Me and Jisung stayed at the canteen to discuss.
"Which do you prefer to dance? Like the genre." Jisung started. Hmm... "I prefer hip hop styles." I answered back and searched on my phone for a song that we should dance to. "That would be a nice concept then." He said. Since there is still a week left before the Acquaintance Party, maybe we should practice after class. "Ey Ji, maybe we should practice our performance every after class starting tomorrow." I suggested and looked onto my phones calendar. Today is Thursday and the event is next weeks Friday. He agreed to me and after a little time, I felt thirsty.
"I'm gonna buy drinks. What do you want?" I asked him before I stand. "A choco drink will do." He said. I placed my phone on the table and went my way to the cashier.
When I'm on my way back to our table, I saw him placing my phone back? Huh???
Classes are done so me and Soyeon are on our way home now. We are just talking about the things that happened earlier and such. When I was on my room, I remembered Jisung doing something with my phone so I checked it...
My phone doesn't seem to have been touched or something. But when I opened my gallery I saw Jisung's selfie!
