Cato POV
I walk into the dinning cart and sit on a royal blue velvet seat. Sitting across from Valentina who is powdering her face. Silly orange hair adorn with flowers and birds, bright pruple eyeshadow, light blush, silver blue lipstick, silly orange capitol dress, purple heels adorn with orange flowers and long fancy nails. I sit and stare at my silver ware. An array of knives, forks, spoons,plates and bowls. A silk table cloth held down by a glass vase of white roses. I sit silently with Valentins since I don't want to interupt her doing her make up. I continue staring at my plate until I hear the 'click' of the cosmetic mirror Valentina was using my head shoots up.
"So, Cato where's Clove?" she asks while smoothing out her dress and fixing her cutlery.
"Clove, didn't feel like eating but I told her I'd bring her a bit of food back" I reply back while picking up my silver knife. I begin to twirl the knife carelessly in boredom and hunger. Then an avox walks in filling our plate with potato, peas and chicken. I eat half of everything on my plate and take the rest to Clove. I find Clove tucked in her covers sound asleep.
"Clove" I call gently shaking her shoulder. I place the plate of food on her bed side table and check the time 5:47pm. I continue to call her and shake her. Clove begins to wake up. She places the back of her hand on her forehead and gives me a lazy grin.
"Did I wake the baby?" I ask teasing her
"I feel funny" she mumbles back
"it's probably because you haven't eaten anything" I reply back smoothing her hair. I sit her up and place the plate of food on her lap. She just places the plate on the bed side table ans sinks further into the covers.
"Clove you have to eat" I urge her. She shakes her head and turns away from me.Frustrated I sit on her bed pull her on my lap and begin to feed her. When she finishes the plate of food I place the plate down on the bed side table.
"Feel better?" I ask Clove. She just nods and leans close into my chest. I think she was just tired so I leave her to rest
