I ran up and picked Joseline up in my arms holding her tight before taking her outside the guard following me the horses waiting with the guards we left there to watch them a small hand signal from the guard letting us know that all was well in which point I scooped Joseline up in my arms and brought her to the horses letting her down and mounting my horse pulling her up behind me.

"You came" She said as she wraped around me on the horse.

"of course I came Joseline" I said softly as the others mounted their steeds and we started of moving swiftly towards our home.

"let us go home" I said the horse starting off at a walk then picking up a trot the others following my lead our horses flowing into a protective formation.

"How did you find me?" Joseline asked looking around.

"Trystan found a note that was left on the post in your house" Darius said with a smirk as I scowled at him.

.

"My house...Trystan why were you in my house if I wasn't there?!" she exclaimed.

"I went to see if you wanted to go to the willow but when the door opened when I knocked on it I knew there was something wrong so I walked in" I shrugged as we rode onwards through the woods.

"So you're just walking into my house as you please" Joseline shouted leaning back.

"I did this all for you would you rather I didn't find you and left your threats empty so that they could do what barbarians do best!" I shouted back silencing her as we rode on.

"perhaps that would have been better" she said as she moved back the horse stopping as Joseline jumped down from the horse.

"Josiline!" I called as she started walking back the way we had come and I just sighed and kept going willing to leave her there for that's what she would rather than being saved by me and to think a few weeks ago I was going to ask her to the willow then I was going to fall before her and beg for her hand, this was never going to happen now.

"Trystan! look out" Joseline screamed and I rolled my eyes the horses turning off in a diffrent direction and we let them go leaning into the gallop they picked up moving swiftly through the woods and across the river to the other side.

I sighed as we left Joseline alone her footfalls heavy behind us "Trystan...Please take me home" she begged and I ignored her urging my horse on Darius walking over and getting her on his horse and kicking his horse into a run to catch up to us as we continued to move tears welling in Jupiters eyes.

When we camped that night I put my bed roll as far from hers as I could so that I would not have to worry about having to interact with her giving her space to do her thing Monroe spending time with her though she wasn't very good at comforting her. Matilida looked over to me as I laid in my bed roll then she got up and walked over crouching down.

"You need to get your head out of your arase and talk to her" Matilida comanded before walking off to ther bed roll next to Darius crawling into it and I sighed getting up seeing a willow tree nearby and walking up to Jupiter holding out my hand in which she took getting up and I walked with her to the willow sitting down beneath it.

We sat in silence for a good while before she spoke first "This willow isn't right" she said as she looked down.

"no it's not the right willow its not shaped like ours with its bends and curves that are nice to lean against this one is hollow and lifeless" I said softly looking over at Jupiter the moonlight surronding us.

"we will be home soon Joseline" I said to her.

"not soon enough I just want things as they used to be when it was just you, Darius, and Matilda in the field by the willow our horses nearby grazzing in the grasses a nice lunch waiting with some wine followed by the stars and the moon with a gentle breeze" She said softly as her eyes rose to meet mine.

"Don't worry we will be like that again" I said getting up and helping her up dusting us off and I pull her close landing a soft Kiss on her lips the kiss growing feirce and hungry the kiss lasting for a while before we pulled back a smile on our faces and we walked back to the camp hand in hand.

I moved my bed roll right next to Joseline's and fell asleep wrapping around her laying close behind her our warmth combinding making it warm and cozy the chill of the night not getting to us and by morning we were as one again rising and packing then heading off onto the road the horses hoofs pounding the ground as we moved.

Joseline sat behind me Darius and Matilida rode at my side the rest of the guards moving around us until we got to the mountains camping in the same cave then moving onwards traveling back to the place we truly belonged we made our way home the three of us pitching in to help Joseline fix her house.
