I wake up to the sounds of waves crashing and the sun shining through the open window. The salty smell of the ocean spills into the room and is beckoning for me to go in it. I roll over and see my husband sound asleep on his stomach. I begin running my fingers up and down his back. He shifts under the covers and eventually rolls over only to stretch. "Good morning." I say. He smiles widely up at me. The sun hitting him in all the right places, the red of his beard more evident than ever, his eyes bluer than blue and his skin looks baby soft.

I think it's an understatement to say I'm in love with this man. He sits up against the head board, "We have two more days here and I never want to leave." He says. I curl up beside him running my hands all over the contours of his stomach. "I know but we have too. We both have work. Speaking of, when do you fly out to LA?" He sighs. We agreed that work talk was off limits while we're here.

Oops!

"You'll have me for two weeks then I go. You and the kids are coming out to visit right?" He asks as he runs his fingers up and down my arm sending chill bumps all over my body. "Yeah, Derek might come too but only because he wants to see Bailey." I explain.

"Alright, I kind of figured. Lets go have breakfast down by the beach." I slide off the bed and open our sliding door that leads to a small path to the beach. "I'm gonna miss that option." I say staring out at the vast pacific ocean. "Me too sweetheart. Go on down. I'll make it today." He kisses my cheek and smacks my ass as he begins to walk to the kitchen. He turns around only to see me staring back at him. "I love you." He says through a smile before disappearing out the door.

I throw on my bikini, grab a blanket and my obnoxiously large sun hat. Making my way down to the little secluded beach, which is rare here apparently. I take in the views of the volcanic rocks that line the path, the green of the mountains looks like something out of a Bob Ross painting. I never wanna leave. I lay the blanket out and decide to dip my toes in the welcoming water.

The waves crash at my feet and I take my phone out to FaceTime with Liv. "You bitch! You call me from the fucking beach." She answers. I laugh and flip the phone to really show her the views. "I fucking hate you right now. The last time I was at a beach was when we all went to Cancun for spring break." She rolls her eyes. "Liv, that was over fifteen years ago. We needs a girls vacay." She nods vigorously. "When you guys headed back? How are things going?" She asks.

"In two days and I neither of us want to go. Olivia, He's perfect. Remember when I wanted to be Ariel from the Little Mermaid?" She nods. "I feel like I'am right now and I have found my Prince Eric. I feel like a fucking Lifetime movie cliché right now. I'm giving myself diabetes with all this sweet talk." We get into hysterics and can't seem to control it. Chris finally makes his way down with breakfast. "Hi, Chris." Liv shouts through the phone. He gives a little wave.

"I'm really happy for you Maggie. Get back to your beautiful honeymoon and I'll see Ya'll when you get back." I hang up and go to the blanket where he has breakfast laid out. "How's Liv?" He ask pouring us orange juice. "Wants to be here right now. And I think the girls and I deserve a girls vacation." He nods as he gets comfortable. "You guys should definitely do it. Let me know where you wanna go and I'll set it all up."

I know he wants to pamper me and my friends but he doesn't have to pay for everything. "Chris, I can plan things myself." He has look and now I feel like I made him feel bad. He  holds my hand, "You're my wife now and I just want to make sure you and your friends are taken care of. Oh and my publicist is mad because there was no prenup." HIs publicist, Gary, is not my biggest fan. he thinks I'm after his money. He demanded that I sign it and I said I will if Chris wants me too. In which case he told me it's not necessary.
