It's been two days since we arrived at home and Rishidi was still moving very cold with me. I'm not sure what happened after the fight with Dylan's wife and I, or wat happened with him and Dylan, but whatever it was, I was paying for it.

I was starting to believe that I was really delusional, but that gut feeling just wouldn't allow me to let it be. Rishidi would speak to me but minimal interaction whatsoever. As he left for work, he would kiss me and say he was off, but the kiss would be one with no feeling.

He got into his car and drove off while I prepared breakfast for the kids as they were going back to school today. I woke up Sandra and Kavita so they could organize Camsea and Josiah. I honestly couldn't wait for Josiah to dress up nice in his uniform, on his first day of school in September. For now, he'd be going to the daycare, while his sisters went to school.

The bus came as usual and I saw my big girls off to their first day back out to school. Josiah and I were the last to leave the house today. Luckily the daycare was located, next to my workplace. I dropped him off for miss Sharon who was eager to see him again, especially since she hadn't seen him for a week.

I couldn't stay since I was running late, so I just kissed him goodbye until later. As I arrived at work, I was greeted lovingly by Miss Bonnie. I knew she missed me for that week, but she was so random at times, that I was surprised she greeted me so lovingly. I had now arrived, but ready to leave so very quickly, since I already got accustomed to being away from here.

I, unfortunately, had to continue working, because I still had hopes and dreams to accomplish, for my kids and myself. Rishidi could easily take care of us, but I didn't want to put all the strain of responsibility on him. He was already kind enough to take my kids as his own and marry me, so I couldn't expect too much more from him.

As the workday was finished, I collected Josiah from the daycare and made my way home. As I arrived at the house, the school bus hadn't arrived just yet. I set Josiah in his playpen and started to prepare lunch for when my family came home. Rishidi was upset with me, so I tried my best to cook a big meal, in hopes that he may forgive me.

During my time juggling the stove and Josiah, I heard the sound of my girls running toward the house. Finally, I had help with Josiah.

"Good afternoon mom"

"Good afternoon my lovies!"

As Kavita and Sandra went to their room to change, Camsea decided to stay with me.

"That smells good mummy! What is it?"

"It's a surprise! When you're finished eating, I'll tell you"

"Okay mom"

Camsea went straight to Josiah, where he grew excited, seeing his smallest sister. He giggled uncontrollably trying to jump, but he wasn't strong enough at the moment. Food was finally finished, so I sent Camsea upstairs to change her clothes, as well as call her sisters for food.

Suddenly I heard the sound of Rishidi's engine cut off in the driveway. As he opened the door and came inside, I knew he could smell the aroma of the meal. Rishidi came up to me and kissed my cheek before proceeding to our room to change.

As he was walking off, I told him that food was finished and we were going to have dinner as a family this evening. He just mumbled something and was off to change. My girls came downstairs excited for food, so I told Kavita to get some plates and Sandra to get some cups and prepare some juice for all of us.

I took out the food and Kavita set the plates in its respective place and so did Sandra with the juice. We all sat at the table, waiting for Rishidi, who took his time in getting there. He took his seat at the head of the table and we prayed before our meal.
