"I'm surprised you came wearing his jersey" Nadia said with a knowing smile as she went in for a hug
"Friends support friends" I said as I hugged her back "and the hell I look like wearing your mans jersey"
"True" she said laughing as she pulled back
Nadia had left earlier then me to meet up with Hunter's family and I had arrived with Chris' Mom and brother.
"You gonna introduce me?" Nadia whispered nudging me as she made eye contact with Mrs. Anthony and Trey who had entered right behind me.
"Oh, uh...Mrs. Anthony...Trey, this is my little sister Nadia" I said a bit hurriedly
"You just had to add the word 'little' in there" Nadia said to me rolling her eyes playfully before turning to Chris' Mom and brother "hi, nice to meet you"
"Oh you both look so much alike, both gorgeous! It's a pleasure to meet you" she said going in for a hug.
I blushed at her compliment as Nadia hugged her back.
Pulling away from the hug, Mrs. Anthony pushed a dazed Trey forewords, "and this is my son Trey"
"Nice to meet you," Nadia said sticking her hand out to shake his
"Nice to meet you too" he said a little nervously
"Oh my goodness Julie how are you? Excuse me" Mrs. Anthony said before going to Hunter's Mom "and whose this cute little girl your holding?"
"There she goes" Trey muttered under his breath as he walked to where his mother went.
I took a quick glance at Nadia, who then looked at me
"He doesn't look like Chris too much" she said observantly
"Right" I said in agreement "and ugh I need to sit down my legs are killing me"
Walking to a chair, I carefully plopped down and sighed in relief.
"I felt just like that with Kaiya" Nadia said laughing lightly as she sat down next to me "it's worth it though"
I smiled at that.
"When's the game gonna start?" I asked changing the subject
"We got fifteen minutes" she said back after looking at her lock screen
"A fifteen minute nap sure sounds good" I said closing my eyes
"I can't stand you" Nadia said laughing
