The minute Chris left I let out a sigh, before grabbing my phone. It was getting late so I hope she was available.
Heading to the contacts I dialed the first person that came to mind, Nadia.
"Hello?" She answered curiosity on her voice
"Hey, what are you up to?" I asked as I went the couch and sat down crossing my legs.
"Nothing really just chillin' at home about to take a pregnancy test, why?" Nadia asked curiously.
"Good, get dressed we going out" I said to you as a smile came on my face.
Before I paused realizing what she just said and my eyes widened causing me to gasp.
"Wait a damn minute bitch! You're pregnant?!" I said sitting up in shock
"Well no, at least I don't feel like I am. I've just been feeling a bit under the weather and I'm just taking one just in case" she laughing
"Bitch if you pregnant the wedding gonna be pushed back like another year" I said running my hands through my hair.
"I know, I know" I could tell she was rolling her eyes "but I really don't think I am, like I feel like I'd know if I was"
"Shut up, I'm on my way there right now" I said quickly getting up
"Alright and bring my nephew I haven't seen him in a minute" Nadia laughed
"Girl I can't leave him home obviously I'm bringing him" I said rolling my eyes as I headed to my Jalen's nursery to grab him and get him ready to go.
"Alright bet" she said laughing before hanging up the phone.
It's been a minute since I hanged out and had one on one time with my sister.
"I swear to God if this bitch is pregnant..." I said to myself trailing off
Once I got to the nursery, took one look at Jalen and knew It'd be best I didn't touch him or else he'd be fussy the rest of the damn day.
"Yeah that's not happening" I said to myself as I grabbed my phone and dialed her back up.
"Hello? You already here or something" Nadia asked in curiosity.
"Yeah Jalen is knocked out and I'm not touching him so you gotta bring your ass here" I said to her as I walked out his room and back into the living room.
She groaned into the phone before sighing "fine, I'm on my way"
"Alright" I said before hanging up the call.
During that time, I made sure to constantly check on Jalen through the baby monitor as I scrolled through my phone.
It wasn't long before she showed up with my niece Kaiya in hand.
