"Both of y'all need help honestly", Nadia said laughing lightly
"No he needs help, I'm not the issue", I said back, attitude dripping from my voice.
"Aye chill Celine, I'm not the one you're mad at. All I'm saying is you and Chris both have big personalities and y'all will keep clashing until y'all learn to communicate" she said feeding Kaiya baby food.
"He's just so-ugh! He's such a child sometimes, other times he's bare able! And it's such a fucking waste he's so damn good looking you know. Sometimes I just look at him and I'm like 'if you just shut yo ass up you'd be great" I ranted "it's like he opens his mouth and he's automatically unattractive to me, but it's like his face is so...and ugh! You understand what I'm saying right?"
"Completely" she nodded as she concentrated on trying to get food Kaiya dribbled out of her mouth back in.
"You didn't even listen", I said rolling my eyes
"I did listen", she said furrowing her brows
"Yeah, but you weren't listening listening"I emphasized.
"Girl bye" she laughed
"Nadia come on, I came here to rant" I whined
"I think y'all should just take some time away from each other. If you have to talk, talk only about topics pertaining to the baby. I'd also recommend counseling before the baby comes, but if Chris can't even show up to ultrasounds there's a slim chance of him showing up to that" she snorted trying to hold in her laugh at the last part of her statement.
"I was already planning on staying away from him" I scoffed "nigga went psycho on me yesterday because of one comment"
"Yeah, but Celine you were being petty. Y'all were chillin' and then you want to say some slick shit"
"Okay maybe I was wrong for that, but he didn't have to yell at me" I pouted
"Since when are you so sensitive? Well never mind, I forget sometimes. It's just so weird" she laughed
"You don't think it was weird for me seeing you pregnant? You're younger than me" I emphasized
"You right" she laughed wiping Kaiya's mouth
"Enough about me though, how have you been?" I asked getting up to grab some yogurt from the fridge.
"A little stressed actually. You know how Hunter gets with these playoff games. Also just so you know Hunter cursed out Chris for you" she snorted
"I figured cause when Chris was yelling at me he was all like 'you can't be telling Hunter my business, he can't be mad at me on the field' or some shit like that" I shrugged grabbing a spoon from the kitchen drawer.
"Who does he expect you to talk to about stuff like this then? Hunter is about to be family" she said feeding Kaiya more food
"Exactly!" I said opening the yogurt and scooping some in my mouth
