Chapter 17

(Brooke's pov) I walked to archers house "Hey Brooke, what are you doing here?" "Just wanted to say that you should ask out Connie bye," "Archer who's at the door," I heard a boy say "A girl!" The boy walks downstairs "Oh who's this beautiful lady," "I'm taken sweetheart, but I like the offer, bye boys," I heard one of the boys whistle and I laughed* time skip* I got to the Chris's house and knocked on the door. "Hey babe what's up" "do you want to watch a movie?" "Yeah sure what's on your mind?" "im thinking passengers" "Passengers sounds good to me" we sit on the couch and star the movie. I rest my head on his shoulder and he puts his arm around my shoulder. By the end of the movie I was half asleep. Chris nudged me and I opens my eyes to end credits. "What did I miss?" I ask smiling "everything" I look at my watch and it said 9:00 "Hey it's getting late do you want to sleep over?" he asks "Yeah that sounds good to me" we walked up to the room and I got into the bed with him next to me. He put his arms around me and rest his chin on my shoulder. I turned towards him and kissed him "I love you and I've only just met you" I say smiling "I love you too baby"  I rest my head on his chest and he puts his hand in my hair "you sleep so peacefully" "it's your heartbeat it helps me slee-" And I fell asleep *time skip*i woke up to Chris holding me tight like a teddy bear and his face buried in my breasts. I giggled and moved slightly and he woke up embarrassed "am I comfortable?" "Uh I um didn't know" "oh it's fine I'm glad you slept well" I say smiling. We let go of each other and I got up out of the bed. "You should head back" "without a kiss?" I says with puppy eyes "one won't hurt" He grabbed my face and kissed me and let go then i kissed him back and I left. I was walking a little farther until i bumped into someone. I almost fell before they grabbed my hand. "Are you ok?" I looked up and saw a man tall with blonde hair that shone in the sun. "I'm yeah I'm fine thanks" I say "what's your name handsome?" "Lucas it is a pleasure to meet such a beautiful lady " "aw you sweet thing do you work out?" He combed his hair back with his hand "Well yes I-" "I'm not surprised though your figure is amazing" "are you single?" He asked smiling "oh you poor poor thing, no I'm not single. I have a boyfriend" i peck his cheek and walk away towards the hill. When I got there I saw Delilah walking away from the house head down. I walked into the door and asked "was that Delilah?" "Yes but she isn't welcome here anymore" olive says. I close the door behind me and say "why she didn't do anything wrong" "she left us Brooke don't you remember?" She raised her voice "yes but that doesn't mean that-you know what forget it" I walked up to my room grabbed my book summer of salt and started reading.
