Chapter 14

( Delilah"s POV) After leaving my other maiden friends for a few years I forgot how to talk to them. I had Bryce but I rarely texted him, I missed him so much. I have been raising the sun everyday and not living at the house with the others. I thought about taking a walk to Bryce's house but he might have forgotten about me. But I pushed myself to go there. I stood at the door for a moment and then I knocked on the door. " I TOLD YOU- oh Delilah," He said calming his voice down. ," I thought you were gone forever," He said. ," No I wasn't gonna leave you," I said putting my hand on his cheek. ," I love you Bryce," I said. ," I love you too," he replied. "Why would I want to leave a handsome boy," I asked blushing. " I just haven't been myself when you left," said Bryce. ," How could I fix you then," I asked. " You could start with coming into my house " said Bryce with a smile. ," I don't understand how you can be so beautiful even after you left for three years," said Bryce. ," I don't age that fast because maidens are just special in that way," I said giving Bryce a hug. " You are just so sweet and loving towards me," said Bryce. " I would love to stay longer but I have to go back to see my other maiden friends," i said giving Bryce a kiss. ," Please come back this year," He said. ," I will be back after I see my friends," I said. ," You can have me all to yourself once I am done visiting with them," I said smiling. " I always loved your maiden form," he said while touching my arm. I walked outside and changed back into my normal human form. The other girls didn't reach their forms yet but one day they will. The form of a maiden makes your power more stronger and you can do more with it.  * Time Skip* When I got to there house I was ready to see them again. But they might not accept me after what I did. I knocked on the door and I saw Olive look out the window and then walk away. Well now I have no friends anymore. I walked away from the house and back to Bryce's house.
