Alexis was a normal teen girl that made YouTube videos about random cool things. She ended up meeting a bunch of YouTubers and connected with them. They had decided to hang out and from there on, a crazy, eventful adventure took place. Only, some of...
I woke to my phones alarm blaring in my ear. I jumped and fell off my bed and groaned. Rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I stood up and made my way to the bathroom shivering. The cool morning crept into the house and down my back. I turned the shower on and set my make up bag on the counter. I then played music on my phone.
I did what I had to do in the shower. After I was done, I got out and wrapped a towel around me. I turned on the white light and pulled my hair back in a bun. I dabbed my face dry and started my make up. I wanted something natural but pretty. I did a little bit of foundation, concealer, bronzer, highlight, mascara, and lips gloss.
Once I was done with that, I started on my hair. I brushed it out while blow drying it. Once it was brushed and dry, I did loose curls and pulled it back into a pony. I left two pieces out and curled them as well.
Finishing that, I went to my closet to choose an outfit to wear. I put on a grey tank top, blue skinny jeans, my black and white Nike windbreaker, and my Nike shoes. I grabbed my phone and wallet along with my school bag and left.

I made my way down to my car and got inside. I put my phone in the cup holder until I heard it ring. I looked down to see it was Colby. I placed the phone on my lap and let my finger hover over it as I started my car. I soon accepted it and smiled "Hey Colbs." I heard him chuckle. "Hey, hows it going?" I reversed out of my driveway. "Pretty good, I'm on my way to school right now."
I heard a hum in response. "I seen that dress on your snap, prom or graduation?" I smiled brightly. "Prom." I sniffled a bit and stopped at a red light. "Ahhh, you live in Miami, Florida right?" I giggled. "Mhm, that's right."
"Well, it's nice there isn't it?" I laughed a bit. "If you like giant spiders in your showers and alligators in your pools then yeah, it's perfect." I heard him laugh and I smiled. I pulled into the Starbucks parking lot and got out with my phone. I heard him speak again.
"When do you go to graduate? I wanna see you again....you're like a girl version of Sam." I giggled. "Thanks? It'll be a week after prom, so like, maybe one or two weeks." I heard a small sigh and couldn't help but smile.
I walk up to the counter when it was my turn and order a tea with almond milk. I sat down and waited as I talked to Colby. "Hey, a lot of people liked you in the video too, we should make more videos, maybe we could make one over a Skype call? Like a Q and A." I smiled and nodded. "Yeah, that could work."
I heard my name called and I got up and grabbed my drink. I left and got back in my car after taking a few sips. I drive to the school which wasn't that far from here. "I actually thought about throwing a moving party too, but once I get to Cali, I'm going to by my mom, dad, brother, and sister a house there."
"Wow, that's so nice. I don't think I know anybody that would do that unless they were recording a video." I laughed and nodded my head. "Exactly, sometimes the views get to their heads." Colby laughed in response. Soon, our call ended and I was walking to my locker. I grabbed an extra pencil and pen and placed it in my bag. I then made my way to homeroom and sat down in the back.
I sipped my drink and once class started, I turned in all the work I missed. The day went on like usual. Boring, sometimes I would have a good time, only with my friends though, we talked about prom and how the popular girls are gonna show up practically naked again.
The bell rang dismissing us once again. I made my way to the library and went to the computer. I wrote a few things down and printed it out. I then signed out and walked out of the school. The warm air lingered on my skin as I made my way to my car slowly.
I got in and drove back home with the windows down. I parked my car in the drive way and smiled. When was I going to tell them, what about Ashley, all my friends. I didn't think about that. Should I even still go. I sat on the hanging chair in my room as I thought over the situation. What if my parents disagree, I mean, I'm young, I'm only seventeen.
The thoughts just spiraled until I was to tired to think anymore. I got up and shut off all my lights and turned on my Tv and Xbox. I put on Netflix and relaxed as I watched movies and series. Soon enough, my eyes grew heavy and I felt myself drifting off into a deep sleep.
