Louis's parent's look at us, they notice that Louis isn't wearing a shirt, and I'm wearing his clothes. "Were you and this girl doing the deed!?" Both of his parents asked, cringing. Both of our faces turn red, and we both shout no. "We didn't have sex, we were just sleeping together...but in a non sexual way!" I nod, agreeing with Louis. I hear them sigh, relieved. "Well can you tell me what this girl is doing in our house, wearing your clothes?" His dad asks, looking at us both. He glares at his dad, "This girl has a name, this is Clementine, you two remember her, right? She's my girlfriend." Louis states, both his parents eyes widen.

"Wait...Clementine, is that really you?" His mom asks, I nod with a smile. "Oh, look how you've grown." She mumbles, going teary eyed. She walks over to me and hugs me tightly, "I'm so sorry we didn't recognize you, it's just that..you've grown so much." She tells me, pulling away. "It's nice to see you, Clementine." His father adds, I smile. "It's nice to see you two, I've missed hanging here."

"Well you're always welcome here, Clementine." His father says, his mother nods in agreement. "If I heard correctly, you and Lou are dating!? Oh, I knew this day would come!" She squeals, I chuckle at her fangirling, "Yeah, we've been together for about almost a month, it's going well."

"That's great dear, I'm happy for you two. Lou-bear has always had a crush on you, ever since they day you two met." She tells me with a wink, now I know where Louis gets the winking and smirking from. "Mom." Louis whines, his cheeks turning red. "What? It's the truth! Now come on, Clementine, let's go catch up!" She grabs my arm, pulling me off the couch and we head towards the kitchen.

Louis gets his personality from his mom and his looks from his dad, minus the freckles, that's from his mom ;)  His mom is always so bubbly and sweet, she's just a nice person to be around. His dad on the other hand, kinda scares me. He's very stoic and quiet, but he can still be really nice. I wouldn't have expected such opposite people to get together, but you know what people say, opposites attract.

I take a long look at Mrs. Louise, it's been so long since I've seen her. Her hair was the same as usual, she always had long dark brown dreadlocks, today they were in a high ponytail. She was wearing a simple but long black dress with a cardigan over top. Her dark freckles sprinkled on her cheeks and on her nose.

I watch her grab a pan out of the cabinet and place it on the stove, "I'm going to make one of your favorites, blueberry pancakes!" She begins grabbing all the ingredients needed for the pancakes. I shake my head, "You really don't have to, Mrs. Louise, I-"

"No no, I insist, it's the least I can do." She says, smiling happily. I her smile was so contagious that I didn't have a choice but to smile back. While she's making the pancakes, she asks me a few questions, like "How have I been.", "How are your parents?", and "How's little AJ doing? I haven't seen him since he was an infant." I answer her questions, and she smiles, satisfied with my answers. "It's my turn to ask the questions, how have you been, Mrs. Louise?"

She takes a spatula and flips the pancake, I watch her amusingly. She frowns, which is so rare for me to see, "Fairly well, work has been stressful but I hate having to leave Louis for days at a time." I frown, I wonder how Louis feels about his parents leaving all the time, it must be difficult to handle. "But, I'm glad he has you by his side to keep him company, and all his other friends, of course." Her frown turns and turns to me, "My husband and I just wish we could spend more time with him, that's all." We both sit in silence, the pancakes cooking on the stove was the only thing that was heard.

Suddenly, I have an idea. "Maybe..later today, we could watch a movie, eat junk food, and play board games. How does that sound?" I suggest, her frown turns into a smile, "That's an awesome idea, Clementine. We're definitely doing that!" She finishes making the pancakes, I watch as she puts two on my plate, then calls Louis and Charles to come eat breakfast. Seconds later, Louis and Charles enter the kitchen. Louis winks at me, while Charles ruffles my hair, I chuckle and smile at him, he smiles back.
