"Ah finally time to go- ore- where's Okuda-san?" Kayano stopped stretching as she noticed that Okuda is no longer in the room.
"She run as fast as she can after Koro-sensei dismissed." Sugino said without looking at Kayano because he's packing up his things. Kayano then nods as she look outside. She then turn her gaze to the red-headed friend of hers.
"Karma-kun did she say anything to you?" She asked. Karma yawned before shaking his head. She then sigh thinking why Okuda left so sudden. As they finished packing up their things they finally part ways. Karma and Nagisa walk home together as usual.

"Ah today was tiring." Nagisa said. Karma nodded to agree. Not long enough Karma's cell rang so he opened it and to his surprise, it's from Manami.

From: Okuda-san

I'll see you at the back of the new coffee shop in the night market, right now^^ see you!

Received 5:37 PM.

"But that's not done yet?" Karma whisper as he remembered seeing that shop still on going. He then look at Nagisa who looks confused.

Karma yawns as he walks looking around to find Manami. When he reached the back of the coffee shop no one was there. He then sigh thinking where will this go.

To his surprise, a bat swing and hit his legs causing him to fall on his knees. Before he can even react a punch landed on his face, strong enough to make his nose bleed, a sudden kick landed on his stomach that makes him roll over the place and spit blood. He was coughing, laying on the ground as he look at the three. The one who's holding a bat goes over to face him.

"Don't you remember us?" He asked, Karma stopped for a moment then show off a smirk.

"I visit a zoo last week, are you one of the monkeys there?~" He asked in his normal playful tone. He then grab Karma up to punch him but Karma dodged and give him an upper punch. The other one goes to him but Karma kicked him in his stomach and headbutt him. The other one seems hesitant to take on Karma, he looks at him with his eyes that shouts fear while Karma's shouts anger, a smirk makes it more scary than it should. Before Karma being able to run he noticed that a bat will swing on him again but he stopped it with his hands, he thought it was a good shot but a punch landed on his face again, not one but four times. The hesitant one acted so tough and kick him couple of times. He was tired and his vision is getting blurry. Just when he was about to close his eyes, a shout caught their attention.

"Oh so the filthy nerd is here to save? Aww." The man who have bat said then they laugh together. Karma loss balance and fall on the ground, it was blurry but he saw Manami runs to him with teary eyes then sits to see his face clearly.

"I'll protect you." Those were the last words he heard before he drifted off.

The three looked at Karma and Manami, making fun of them.

"We almost got caught because of that punk! And even laughed at because a student take us on, the three of us. That's humiliating, and it's your fault!" The man in the middle state with anger. Manami just look at them with a so much terror in her eyes while tears streaming down on her cheeks. She was thinking what to do, thinking of solving this problem like how she always do on science. Thinking of a solution. One solution to make them go. She accidentally land her hand on Karma's bag. She felt the gun, the gun that will only work on Koro-sensei. Without thinking twice, she get the gun out of Karma's bag and point it at them. The three was shock and stepped back. Realizing the bag was Karma's, they thought it was really a real gun.

"M-move an inch closer and d-die." Manami said trying to control her voice that's shaking togther with her hands because of fear.

"Woah calm down nerd." The other one said. Manami stands up then gets her own gun, she hold both guns then look at them. She was about to go close to them when they run.

When no one's around, she fall on knees as her legs shakes. She look around and saw her cellphone that's been missing since yesterday, already broken. She then realize about Karma and crawl to him. She get Karma's things and hers. She then put his arm around her neck and hold his hand firmly. She wrap her other arm around his waist and shout for help while walking away from that place.

When Karma opened his eyes it was all white, He then heard a snore and let out a deep sigh.

I'm not dead yet. He thought.

He was about to move his hand when he felt a soft hands holding it. He looked beside him and saw a sleeping Manami. She removed her coat, only wearing her polo and skirt. Karma blinked twice thinking he might be still dreaming but Okuda groan and hold his hand tighter. He chuckle seeing her groan in her sleep.

Karma turn his body in the side where Manami is and stare at her sleeping face. He doesn't wanna wake her so he decided to wait until she wakes up and stare at her peaceful face for a little bit longer. He then slowly lay his other hand on the top of her head patting it gently then running his finger through her raven silky hair. He then noticed her swollen eyes and gently rub it thinking if she cried until she gets tired; he then tap her red nose chuckling remembering the red nose reindeer. His eyes landed on her soft pinkish lips, he thought of touching it but it suddenly makes his faces turn hot so he then just cupped her small cheeks. He know she'll be boiling in anger if she's awake. He smiles, a genuine one, he doesn't know why, but it makes him happy.
