Stronger As One

Bound

A soft knock sounded on the door to the room. My eyes quickly opened as a looked around before pushing up from the bed and opening the door. The Luna stood with her head held high, she wore a beautiful gold and white dress and her hair was pinned up.

" Good to see you got some rest. Its almost time to bond you with the pack, I have some clothes for you to swear" she handed them to me" Please put these on and meet me in the family room" She smiled and walked away.

I looked down at the clothes before closing the door and changing. They were soft to the touch and had golden embroidery on it. Two wolves met on the back in a howl.

I felt better after getting to rest for a bit, these few days have been a huge change for me and I am about to do something I'm still not entirely comfortable with.

I sighed and left the room, heading straight for the family room. The Luna saw me and gasped slightly "You look great! We better head on over." 

She began walking down another hall, I quickly followed behind suddenly becoming very aware of the chatter that was getting louder.

" We will be having this inside tonight so sorry for the stuffy room!" She laughed, I didn't.

She paused in front of a large golden set of double doors. My nerves spiked as I watched her grab the handles and open the door. The noise inside completely stopped..she began walking forward with an air of power around her. I carefully followed behind as we walked to the front of the room. The alpha stood at the front flanked by another man who resembled a younger version, I'm assuming his son.

My eyes zoned in on him as he stood next to his father, he had soft brown hair and deep brown eyes.. from my distance almost black. He stood with matched height and sported thick muscles on his arms and legs. Despite wearing clothes, they were still very noticeable. I suddenly felt very inferior in his presence. My skin got hotter as he matched my gaze, I quickly looked away.

The Alphas voice filled the packed room " Thank you everyone for coming here with such short notice.. As you may have heard.. we have had a guest with us these past few days. This town has two pack less wolves among it and one came upon our territory. Through discussion, he has been deemed safe for this pack and will join. The other will hopefully be convinced as well." The Luna and I reached the front, she had me stand next to the Alpha. I could feel his sons gaze burning into my back. 

The Alpha rested a hand upon my shoulder. " This here is Dustin and he officially become a member of this pack." He turned to me and spoke in a softer tone. " I will shift now.. to bond you with the pack I will mark your right arm, on your wrist. It will hurt, my son Jason will hold on to you." My eyes widened but I nodded non the less

The Alpha looked to Jason who stepped forward and held onto my shoulders. My temperature skyrocketed. His presence was overpowering.. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I shut my eyes.

You will be okay. Once this is done you are officially bonded.. don't focus on him. My wolf spoke softly. His voice calmed me down and I gave my wrist to the Alpha. He smiled down at me before shifting into his magnificent black wolf. His large eyes stared back at me as he gently licked my wrist.

It will be over soon. The Alpha spoke.

I nodded

It happened so fast.. his jaws clamped around my arm, his fangs breaking the flesh. The would burned as the bond tightened. I tried to pull back or rip my arm away but Jason held a firm hold on me. My mind grew heavy as the pain completely took over me. I could no longer focus, everything hurt. 

My vision blurred until I completely blacked out.

Super short chapter. Just wanted to do one for the whole bound thing for him joining. Next chapter will begin picking up with Dustin's training and working toward getting Juliet to join.
