After that incident, Saya had decided she needed some space because of what happened with the monster. She had called Saitama, to apologize for her weird behavior, and he was okay with it. She also proceeded to tell him that she needed time for herself because of the incident.
Saitama told her it was okay and if she needed to talk, just call. Genos, however, had other plans.

Genos had gone out for the day without his Master, who opted to stay home. As soon as he left the apartment, he walked off to spy on Saya.

Genos' POV
There is something off about Ms. Saya. It is getting to a point where I am concerned for my Master's safety, as well as everyone else's. I need to rule out that she is even a threat.
I will follow her and see if she does anything out of the ordinary.
I walked into town, looking around to see if I can spot Ms. Saya. I made my way towards the supermarket, I didn't see her there, either.
Just as I was about to walk into the store, I saw Ms. Saya walking out and I quickly took cover behind a parked car. I watched as she exited the store, and she looked upset, angry almost.
I watched as Ms. Saya then tried to stop bystanders and showing them a small piece of paper.
When they refused or just kept walking, Ms. Saya looked frustrated and defeated. Just what was she doing? Ms. Saya had kept this up for about an hour before deciding to leave.
Without her seeing me, I followed to see where she would go next. For about 20 minutes of walking, Ms. Saya had quickly turned a corner and I lost sight of her.
Regular POV
Genos rushed around the corner, being he was three blocks away, to try to catch up to Saya. When he turned the corner, there was no sign of her.
Then, "You know, you're not that subtle."
The cyborg flinched and turned around to find the woman standing behind him. Saya's arms were crossed and was staring at him with an irritated glint in her eyes.
Genos blinked in shock, 'How did she get behind me?' the disturbing thought came to his mind.
Saya questioned him, clearly annoyed, "Why are you following me around, Genos?"
Genos blinked a few more time before composing himself and answered, "I was merely curious due to the strange behaviour you had been displaying with Master. I would like some answers."
Saya's eyes narrowed slightly, clearly not happy with the young Cyborg's tactic to get answers, "You know, you could've just asked instead of following me around like a creepy stalker. Seriously, you should know better."
Genos felt himself becoming a little smaller as he was being scolded by her. It was as though it was a mother scolding her child, "My apologies," he said to her, his head bowed in slight embarrassment and shame.
Saya, putting her arms to her sides, she let out a sigh. Then she motioned him to follow, "Come on, follow me. I'll answer some of your questions at my house."
Saya started walking and Genos silently followed behind her.

They made it to her flat.
Upon entering, Saya told him, "Sit in the living room and don't touch anything. I'll be back in a minute."
"Yes, ma'am," Genos said obediently, quietly walking into the living area and sitting on the pillow by the coffee table.
He watched as Saya disappeared into the kitchen, most likely to prepare tea.
'Even when she was reluctant to have me over, she is still being a courteous hostess,' Genos thought to himself. As he waited, he gazed around the room, taking in the decor, the lights, the furniture. Although, his main reason was to look for anything out of the ordinary. Then, a bookshelf caught his eye, 'Perhaps, her books will be of use.'
Genos glanced towards the kitchen, to make sure Saya wasn't paying attention as he silently got up and walked over to the shelf by her sliding doors.
Kneeling before the small shelf, Genos skimmed through the books sitting there. So far, nothing, until he stopped at a hard covered book, the spine reading 'Family'.
Intrigued, Genos slowly and carefully took the book out from it's resting place and opened it. He was shocked to see pictures, 'Photographs. This is a family album. Saya's family, perhaps?'
He wanted to collect as much data as possible, so he started flipping through the pages. The first few pages were baby pictures, the names of the infants written on the bottom of each picture. The first few pages were of Saya, as he expected, the older couple suspectingly being her parents. As he flipped to the next page, it was of another infant, the baby's name was Kaana.
'Kaana? Ms. Saya has a sister?' Genos was so enraptured by his findings, he failed to realize the movement in the kitchen had stopped.
"I told you not to touch anything," the sudden voice made Genos jump and he shut the photo album and he turned towards the source. Saya was standing behind him, her arms crossed and she looked about ready kick the cyborg out of her home.
Genos was quick to try to defend himself, "My apologies, I was just curious and--"
Saya cut him off, "You know, curiosity killed the cat. And if you don't know what that means, it means yours will earn you a one way ticket out my door. What gives you any right to snoop around my home?!"
Genos did feel bad, but he was shocked to see Saya being so defensive. Perhaps, she had intended to keep her personal life a secret?
"Who is Kaana?" Genos asked.
When he did, he noticed how stiff Saya grew. Saya then looked at the floor, a depressed look on her face. She didn't say anything right away, and Genos waited.
Finally, Saya lowered her arms and spoke calmly, "Have a seat."
Genos obeyed and went back to the pillow seat in front of the coffee table. There, some tea was waiting. Saya sat across from him, not bothering to sit on the couch behind her.
After pouring them both tea and a long silence, Saya began, "Kaana is my little sister. She's five years younger than me."
Genos perked slightly, "I was not aware you had family."
Saya sighed through her nose, "Kaana is my only family. Our parents were killed in front of me when I was 18. After that, I had legal guardianship over her."
"Are you not in contact with her? Where is she now?" Genos asked.
Saya's brow twitched in slight annoyance, "You know, you ask a lot of questions."
"Does talking about your younger sister make you uncomfortable, Ms. Saya?" Genos inquired.
Saya replied, "I don't like to talk about it. Our lives were hell enough after our parents died. If you really must know, she went missing almost a year ago. I've been trying to find her ever since."
Genos then remembered what Saya was doing at the supermarket, "When you were bothering other bystanders, was that a photo you were showing them?"
"Yeah, it was," Saya answered as she took out a piece of paper,"I've been moving City to City to try my luck in finding a lead, but nothing came up, yet."
Saya pushed the paper over to Genos. He took the paper and slowly unfolded it. It was a photo of a young woman with long, dark red hair. It was slicked back, showing off a distinctive widows peek. She had fare skin and blue eyes, like Saya's.
"I apologize, but I do not recognize this woman," Genos, after taking a few moments of studying the picture, concluded as he gave it back, "Do you know how she disappeared?"
Saya hummed in disappointment at his answer and took back the picture, a subtle scowl grew on her face, "She was abducted, by the Monster Association. After they were destroyed, I got wind that some hostages were rescued. But...Kaana wasn't there. I tried to get the Hero Association to look into her case, but they told me that she's most likely turned into a monster or dead. They didn't even try."
Genos took this in, sympathizing with her pain, being he lost his family, too. However, he had to look at this logically, too, "That assumption is most likely correct. The main purpose of abducting those hostages were to turn them into monsters."
"I refuse to believe my sister's gone," Saya interrupted, "Saitama told me your story, so you should understand my pain. It was my responsibility to protect my sister after our parents were killed and I failed her. If I haven't left her alone in my apartment, she wouldn't have been taken. This is my mess, and I'm going to do whatever it takes to find her."
"Even if that means getting yourself killed? Ms. Saya, even though the Monster Association is destroyed, the cities are still infested with monsters. If you plan on doing what you say you are doing, then you are putting yourself in danger," Genos explained.
Saya grew angry, "What do you care? If you heroes cared so much, then why did my sister fall through your fingers? Why didn't the Hero Association help when a citizen needed it?"
"Because, with the factors stacked against your case, it would've been a waste of time and resources," Genos said bluntly.
Saya's eyes widened, a pit in her stomach forming at those heartless words. Silently, she stood up, "Then, clearly, I'm in the wrong city. You heroes don't care about the people, only yourselves. I was so naive to think I'd find help. Get out of my house."
Genos blinked, surprised by her hate filled words. Does Saya have an underlining hatred for heroes, or does she wish to find a real hero who'd help her? He then realized what he had said to her had set her off.
He stood up quickly, wanting to right this, "Ms. Saya, it was not my intention to--"
"I said get out!" Saya yelled. Genos stood frozen, not wanting to leave, and he felt that he needed to stay to try and change her mind. However, the decision was made for him, when Saya grabbed him by the back of his neck.
Genos, for a split second, thought she wouldn't be able to move him, being how strong he was. That is, until, Saya started pulling. Genos was unable to free himself, he was bent over slightly as Saya seemed to drag him to the front door like he weighed nothing to her.
The next thing he knew, he was thrown through the door, it splintering as he tumbled quite a distance outside, into her front yard.
Genos grunted as he made to get up and he looked back at the front entrance, seeing Saya retreating back into her home.
"How was she able to do that? She threw me like I was nothing," Genos pondered. He thought about this and all the other bizarre events started to make some sense, although all the other pieces still weren't fitting. Genos knew that he couldn't allow her to leave the city if she planned on pursuing her delusional journey to find her sister. Even if she is strong, he feared she might get herself killed. He felt his Master would be very angry if anything happened to her. Even if she does seem a little crazy, "I must tell Master," he rushed back home.
Saya watched as Genos ran like the Devil was hot on his ass. She knew he was going to try to stop her.
Saya then made the decision to leave.
"I'm not going to get any help here, not even from Saitama. I'll just keep looking for Kaana on my own," Saya then went to pack some of her things.
