Genos had run back to the apartment and explained to Saitama what had just happened. Saitama, at first, wasn't sure what to think. However, if what Genos was saying was true, then Saya may put herself in danger. Saitama, though he didn't say it out loud, was worried for Saya and didn't want her to get hurt.
Saitama and Genos ran back to Saya's flat, the sun had already set and it was getting dark out.
Getting close to the flat, a few feet from the front yard, Saitama had slowed and came to a stop. Then, he turned towards his disciple, "Genos, I want you to hang back a little," he said suddenly.
Genos was shocked and slightly angered by this request, "But, Master--"
"If she's as strong as you made her out to be, then she can easily turn you into scrap metal. I want to try talking to her to calm all this, I only want you to step in if you need to," Saitama explained to him, making it clear that he wanted Genos to obey this one thing.
Genos was uneasy with this idea, his expression showing reluctance. He gave a stiff nod, "Yes, Master," he relented.
Saitama gave a short nod before turning and making his way to the broken front door. He barely gave the splintered wood a glance as he stepped over it and into the flat.
"Saya? It's Saitama, are you still here?" Saitama called out calmly, glancing around the home.
Just as he did, Saya had come out with a suitcase, trying to make a beeline for the sliding doors.
Saitama reacted quickly and sped in front of her to stop her.
Saya was not happy, "Leave me alone, Saitama!"
"Nope. Not until we talk," Saitama told her, a frown on his face, "Look, Genos told me about what you plan to do. You're going to get yourself killed, following dead trails. And what good will that do? It won't bring your sister back. If she's even alive."
Saya scowled and shouted at him, "It's none of your business what I do!!"
"As a hero--" Saitama barely got in a sentence before Saya started up again.
"Don't you dare start with that 'hero' crap! Genos made it very clear that heroes, even you, won't even stop to help a single person!! All you 'heroes' care about is fame and money--you're all selfish!! So you know what?! I'm going to do what a real hero would do--your job to help someone!! And that means finding my sister at any cost!!"
Saya marched passed the bald hero and threw the sliding door open. As she stormed out into the large backyard patio, Saitama was right behind her and managed to grab her arm, "Even at the cost of your own life? Think about all the people around you who would be affected if you died. Try to think."
There was a short silence before Saya darkly, "Take your hand off me."
Saitama's brow furrowed in stubbornness, knowing she'll probably run if he did, "No. I'm not going to let you do this."
Saya slowly put her suitcase down and turned to face him, her arm still firmly in his grasp, "I want nothing to do with you, Saitama. You are not a part of my life, so what I do with it is none of your business. And in case you're not getting it, I'm telling you to stay out of my life."
Saitama didn't show it, nor understand this sudden pang in his chest at her words. He felt...hurt by her words, but didn't know it.
Saitama then spoke firmly, "Even if you are as strong as Genos said, I still feel you're going to put yourself in danger. Be it with monsters or worse. So, if I have to, I'll stop you from being a danger to yourself."
Saitama had stepped closer to her, his aura changing, ready to stop Saya if he must.
Saya, this whole time, had kept a strong, angry gaze with him. When his spiel was over, there was a tension.
Just then, Saya wrenched her arm from his vice grip and with that same arm, aimed to throw a fist into Saitama's stomach.
Saitama didn't dodge, assuming he didn't need to. Just as the punch landed, however, an enormous shockwave seemed to go through his whole body and out the center of his back. What immediately followed, was the worst pain he had ever felt in his life.
His eyes went wide and his mouth fell open, the only sound that came out was a choked gasp of agony. His body dropped like a dead weight as he fell to his knees, his arms slowly wrapped around his stomach, he couldn't breathe and his vision started to tunnel and blur. As he tried to take a breath to stop from passing out, liquid suddenly came up, instead.
He then spat up what was blocking his esophagus and a large amount of blood sprayed onto the patio and grass.
A stream of blood leaked down the corner of his mouth. Shock set in and Saitama slumped to the side.
While this was happening, Saya had already taken her suitcase and disappeared.
During this time, Genos had felt and heard the shockwave coming from the home. This force seemed to shake the whole area. He assumed that Saitama had to, unfortunately, use force and would be out momentarily. Then, he saw something take to the sky at blazing speed and his master had not returned, yet.
A new kind of fear set in and Genos ran into the house, straight to the backyard to find the sliding doors open. As he made it to the opened sliding doors, he was welcomed with a horrific sight, one he never thought he'd ever see. On the ground, unconscious, with blood on the ground, was Saitama.
"MASTER!!!" Genos ran over to the him, got on his knees and gently turned Saitama onto his back, "Master?! Master!!"
He kept calling to his master, gaining no response. Saitama was pale, his breathing, near non-existent, but was struggling to do so, nonetheless.
Genos analyzed Saitama's body, to see what injuries he had. What came up in his scan, scared him: Massive internal hemorrhaging. This prompted the Cyborg to call an ambulance.

Saitama's POV
I wasn't expecting it. That punch landed, and everything seemed to stop working. The pain I felt was worse than hell, I even felt bones breaking. My insides felt shredded. My legs gave out from under me and I couldn't seem to breathe. When I tried, something else came up. My vision was blurry, but I can barely make out something red on the ground.
Was that...my blood?
It's been so long since anyone can make me bleed, like this. It was strange. Then, everything went black.
