That same night, Saitama stayed at Saya's place to make some food for them. Saya hadn't returned yet, so Saitama felt he had time to make everything nice.

He wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The Cue-ball still felt terrible about what happened and was hoping Saya wasn't angry with him when she came back. Saitama couldn't tell when she left, but he didn't want to risk a kick to the head if she were. Regardless, he was ready to speak to her about it when she was ready.

Saitama made Saya's favorite--salmon and white rice on the side, almost burning the fish in the process. As he placed everything on the table, he heard the door open and he nearly froze.

"I'm home," Saya said, walking into the living room, to find food on the table, "Huh?"

Saitama stood upright, his expression blank, "Welcome home."

Saya blinked slowly, but it was clear she was actively averting any and all eye contact. They both awkwardly sat down across from one another, quietly eating.

During the whole meal, Saitama would occasionally glance up at the brunette, but she was not looking at him, at all.

'She hasn't said a single word. Is she that mad at me?' Saitama's knee started to shake anxiously as he sat cross legged, ' I know I shouldn't have force myself on her, and it's making me nervous that she hasn't said anything about it. Should I say something?'

"Saitama?" her voice made Saitama snap out of his thoughts, "About what happened earlier today...Um...Can I ask...about why you, uh..."

He realized that she was trying to bring it up now, it was even more embarrassing than it was supposed to be.

"I don't know what came over me," Saitama started hastily explaining himself, "I've never had that happen to me before, but it's no excuse. I shouldn't have touch you without your permission."

"I'm not mad," Saya said suddenly, surprising him with that response, "I mean, I was shocked, but...if I hated it, I would've said something."

It was both a relief and a nice confirmation for Saitama as he sighed heavily, "That's good to hear."

Saya shifted and scooted over to Saitama's side, sitting next to him, him staring back at her as she asked, "Were you...excited while touching me?"

That question made his whole head turn red like a cherry tomato, "Don't tease me. I've been worrying myself about this all night."

Saya snapped at him, "I'm not trying to do anything! I'm just trying to understand what was going through your head!"

The embarrassment quickly faded from his face and he slumped, "Sorry. I was just...some of the things you do to tease me...excites me."

"Oh," it was Saya's turn to blush, but she had something else on her mind, "I wish you said something. I wasn't sure if we were ready for that step."

"Do you want to be? If you're okay with being intimate, then so am I," Saitama reassured her. This only seemed to make Saya more anxious, but he wasn't sure why, "Saya?"

Say started to looked nervous, but seemed to take a breath before preparing to speak, "Well, if we're ever intimate--"

"Then, we'll use protection," Saitama interjected, "I know you probably don't want to get pregnant so soon after becoming a hero. Do you take pills for that?"

In response, Saya looked away and pulled her knees to her chest, looking nearly distraught, "I don't because I can't."

"Can't what?" Saitama inquired, confused by what she meant.
