The fighting was going as predicted. The lower class heroes were handling crowd control, A Class and higher were fighting the aliens on the ground.
Another alien soldier splattered into a mess of blood, Saitama looking unimpressed.
During his fighting, though, he couldn't help but worry about Saya. There's something that's going on with that Volos guy that isn't sitting well with the Bald hero.
He has never felt more uneasy about a battle and that's saying quite alot. The difference was that someone he loved was involved.

Sona pulled back the metal, creating a ginormous hole in the top of the ship.
Genos jumped in first, his arm cannon at the ready as she jumped in behind him.
"We must get to the control room of the ship," Sona stated.
"Where do we start?" Genos asked, keeping his attention on everything around them.
"We will have to find it, and quickly," Sona lifted her hand to an earpiece she was wearing, "Saya, do not engage the ship Southwest of the HQ building. Genos and I are in position."
' Acknowledged,' Saya replied over the earpiece. Sona and Genos then, took off soon the halls, quickly trying to find the control room.
Meanwhile, Saya was flying in the air, watching out for aliens dropping from any ships. When there were, she flew by and went through all of them with her fist like wet tissues. Every alien exploding in a spray of blood and guts.
In other cities, other S class heroes handled the ships and aliens accordingly, depending on which city they were at. Tornado flying around, blowing up as many ships as she can. Metal Bat, Atomic Samurai, any hero who couldn't fly, handled aliens on the ground.
Saya then encased her body with her energy and flew through nearby ships. Each ship she tore through, was instantly vaporized in a ball of white light, leaving nothing behind in her wake.
Down on the ground, Saitama watched, all the aliens on the ground, dead. He wasn't showing it, but he was amazed by Saya's power. But then again, he can see why Volos was after her and not him. Her energy is physically dispersible and unstable, while his energy isn't able to manifest the same way.
Saitama clenched his fist. He was going to make sure she was safe. With a giant, crater making leap, he jumped onto the ship nearest to HQ.
Landing on top of the ship, he instantly noticed the hole, "Oh, Genos and Sona must be in here."
And right he was.
Genos and Sona left a trail of alien corpses, which Saitama followed.
In the control room stood Genos and Sona. Both covered in some alien blood, but otherwise unharmed.
Sona stood next to the control panel and connected some cables to it from her arm. A holographic screen emerged from said arm as schematics and maps started to download into her servers.
"How long will this take?" Genos inquired.
Sona was quickly typing away on the screen, "Not long. I will know the location soon."
"Guys?" Genos looked as he heard a familiar voice echo into the room, seeing Saitama walking in.
"Master! How is everything outside?"Genos asked.
Saitama walked up to him and answered, "The aliens are dead and Saya took out all the ships in this city, except for this one. Do you know the Mothership's location, yet?"
"Not yet. Sona had just started the download," Genos relayed.
"I have it!" Sona announced, "Its location is City Z!"
At that, Saitama deadpanned, "You got to be kidding."
Sona put her hand up to her earpiece, "Saya, the location of the mothership of City Z."
"Are you serious?" Sona heard in response, which was quickly followed with a sigh, "Acknowledged. Heading there now."
When Some got off the link, she looked at the boys, "Saya is heading there now."
"We should follow her. It is her that this Volos wants, after all," Genos suggested.
Saitama nodded in agreement, "Yeah, let's go."
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Saya flew at tremendous speed to get to City Z.
Once she got there, she laid eyes on the large craft. It was no wonder no one knew where it was, considering the City was now completely deserted. What really put Saya off was how large the ship was. It was even larger than Lord Boros' ship.
Flying to the City, it was not hard to miss. However, Saya couldn't just fly through the ship, destroying it. This wasn't going to stop the alien soldiers if she just killed Volos, either.
She'll have to take him on and force him to get the armada to retreat.
Easy enough.
Creating a hole on impact on the side of the ship, Saya went on her trail of destruction. Killing any and every alien that came her way.
One punch here, one kick there. It was as easy as it gets. All the while, in the command deck, Volos was watching her kill off his men.
He didn't seem that worried. In fact, he smiled a wicked smile as he put in instructions for all remaining ships to retreat into space.
Meanwhile, Sona and Genos were flying through the sky while Saitama was running and jumping from building top to building top.
Sona was the first to take notice to the ships, "Genos, the ships! They are retreating!"
Genos glanced up, and Saitama, hearing her, as well, looked up, too.
"Are they leaving?" Genos wondered, not really feeling relieved by this, "Something does not feel right about this."
Saitama felt uneasy, as well. That's when it clicked. He shouted to them, "Saya's already at the ship! We have to hurry!!"
Genos and Sona justifiably confused at this, but nonetheless, sped up even faster as Saitama suddenly left them in the dust.
Back at the Mothership, Volos waited until he heard the inevitable sound of the door blasting open from Saya's punch.
Saya stepped out from the dust and slowly made her way towards the space Captain.
Volos said nothing as he stood, Saya facing off with him from several feet away.
Saya spoke first, "It's over, Volos. Call off the armada."
Volos said nothing back and his eerie laughter started to fill the room.
"Hm?" Saya was a little confused at this reaction.
His laughter subsided, but his grin remained, "You earthlings are even more naive than I expected."
He placed his hand to the panel next to his Captain's chair and pressed a button. When he did, the screen came up and Saya looked behind her. It was all the ships, now up in space, "What?"
Suddenly, the ships started to explode, one by one. The explosions lighting up the entire screen with yellow and white. Saya was confused and dumbstruck.
Volos went on to explain, "My armada was only here to bait you into looking for my ship. Knowing you 'heroes', you were not going to give up so easily."
"You destroyed your own army...just to get me here? This was a trap--" When Saya went to turn back around in realization, she was met with Volos being right in her face.
Before she can even react, he had thrown a punch at her. It was a powerful strike, as well, for it sent her flying right into the wall.
Saya made impact and fell to her knees, but was uninjured. She stood up, unimpressed, "It's going to take more than that to--Huh?!"
She suddenly found herself being restrained by her fists. Just as quickly, her fiery energy started to appear from the her hands and travelling through the large cables connecting from the walls to her manacles.
Just then, a clear glass containment unit closed around her and the room started to fill with a purplish, deadly gas.
Saya glanced around, alert and a bit frantic, "What is this?! What..." Saya, as she started to breathe in this mysterious gas, she quickly felt heavy and weak, lethargic.
Volos approached the glass as Saya fought to stay conscious, "I knew you would put up a struggle, and destroy my extractor as soon as it attached to you. The gas you're breathing in is among the most deadliest of toxins in the universe. Don't worry, it won't kill you, as long as it's in small doses. It will keep you under my control long enough for me to extract your energy."
Saya struggled as much as her body can allow, but the gas had quickly started to take its toll. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she fell to her knees, unconscious. Just as that happened, the power cables had started to retract into the wall, dragging Saya back until she was suspended against the wall.
Volos smirked and turned to his lackey, "Full power. I want every last bit we can get."
The lackey fearfully nodded and turned the dial to full. The machines hummed as they started to take even more energy. When that happened, Saya's limp form was completely encased with her flaming energy, but it was all being transferred out of her.
Volos smirked, "Now, let's try on my new battle suit."
While that was happening, Saitama had made it to the ship, standing on top of a deserted building. Without a second thought, he jumped up, destroying the top half of the building in his wake as he plunged through the hull of the ship.
Volos heard the distant explosion and the ship shaking. He smiled a toothy grin and looked at the containment unit, "That must be your mate. If he is anything like you, then I have the perfect subject to test my power suit on."
The thundering explosions grew louder as Saitama grew nearer. Until finally, Saitama punched a giant hole in the wall, crushing all of the aliens at their computer stations with the large metal slab.
When the dust cleared, Volos stood with his black, armored suit. Saitama walked in, his boots echoing with every step.
And he was mad.
Volos chuckled, "Well, if it isn't the female's mate? Amazing, that you were able to break into my ship with such ease. I can tell that you two are exactly alike. So much power, coursing through--"
"Just shut up, already," this almost stunned the alien leader into silence, never being spoken to that way before. Saitama wasn't in the mood for stupid monologues as he quickly glanced at the unit Saya was being housed in. This made his blood boil. He didn't care how this happened, or why. All he cared about was getting her free.
"Let her go," Saitama said in a low tone.
Volos frowned, collecting himself again, "You are in no position to make any demands."
Suddenly, Volos was in Saitama's face. Saitama put his arms up to block as Volos unleashed a powerful punch.
To Saitama's surprise, the punch had blew him off his feet and sent him flying straight out of the ship.
With great force Saitama had crashed into an abandoned building and into the ground, rubble collapsing and settling.
As the debris settled, the bald hero pushed a slab of concrete off of himself. Saitama was pretty unfazed, but quickly acknowledged the metallic taste in the corner of his lip.
He knew he was bleeding, just a little.
Saitama saw the giant lizard land hard onto the ground, then standing upright as he faced off with him.
Saitama spoke first, "That suit...it's channeling Saya's power, isn't it?"
Volos sneered, "You're very observant. That's right: Her power is being channeled into my battle suit. Now, not only am I invincible, but I can destroy my enemies without even breaking a sweat. And now, your planet will be destroyed"
Saitama clenched his fist, "You'll have to get through me, first."
Volos flashed that tooth gnashing grin, "I intend to. And I'll mount your head on my wall!!"
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Genos and Sona were getting close to City Z by this time.
Sona and Genos both laid eyes on the ship, "Do you think that Saitama is in the ship, Genos?"
"If he is looking for Ms. Saya, then yes!" And just as he said this, another vacant building seemed to have imploded and collapse into a pile of rubble, "What was that?!"
Sona and Genos landed on top of another building to scope out the situation. Both using their sensors, they scanned the area.
Finally, their sensors picked up on two forms in the middle of the dust cloud. When it started to clear, the first thing they saw was Saitama.
"It is Master Saitama!" Genos was about to jump in to assist, but Sona grabbed his attention.
"Stop!" And she was right to do so. Saitama had managed to get a blow in, but was shocked when Volos caught his wrist, his claw engulfing his entire fist.
The shockwave of the potential blow made the buildings shake.
Volos then threw Saitama into the very building that the two heroes were standing on.
Acting quickly, Sona and Genos flew back into the sky.
Genos was bewildered, "Is this thing stronger than Master?!"
"No. My sensors are picking up Saya's energy signature. That alien's suit is radiating it," Sona informed, "Saya is definitely inside the ship, but we need to hurry. Otherwise, Saitama stands no chance."
