Chapter 66

Jisoo's Pov

It's been a week since Rosé and I start hanging out together. We're happy, I know we are and I know I am. Unexplainable felicity though, I like being with her. I don't know if I should confess, I'm afraid she'll reject me.

"Rosé?" I broke the silence as we enjoy the sun's reflection to the surface of the sea as it moves down.

"Yes?" She looked at me while her knees hugged by her arms.

I don't know what to say, just by looking straightly to her eyes I can really say that I'm inlove with this woman.

"Hey Jisoo" Then a smile molded on her cute lips while her face were slightly hit by her hair tips as the air make its way between us.

"Your spacing out, what is it?" 

"I have to tell you something" All of a sudden I became weak

"What is it?" Rosé chuckled

I have to tell her everything, about how I feel towards her. 

"You know, it's been a week since we started this, I mean going out together" My palm voluntarily moved towards my nape as I can already feel the awkwardness.

I don't know if this is good, but this will take the heavy burden I'm carrying since my heart started beating madly everytime she's around.

"Yes and what about that?" She looked at me then it starts again.

"Rosè, I- I think I'm i-inlove w-wi-with you" The heck I stuttered. I saw how she reacted, is she disappointed or what? Did she feel the same way? Or is it just me?

"I'm happy with you, the real happiness. I kept this from the start and I keep finding ways to tell this to you and now I had it." I said it all, I explained it all.

"Is there any chances? Do you feel the same way?"

Seconds that covered by the sound of the waves and birds chirping as my feet felt how the water reaches us on the shore and seeing her shadow caused by the sun's fading.

Her face cast down and it starts to bother me inside "Rosé?" I called her again by her name but her sight went to the sea.

"I'm also happy with you, really I am.
and I also love you" Her sudden action falls out intersecting our gaze.

"But I don't think I love you like the way you do. I don't think I can level the same attraction that you feel towards me" She held my hands.

I was stunned by her words. Does it means that there is no luck at all?

"What do you mean?" My voice is trembling. I think I could break any moment.

"I've tried, like what Lisa said, because when you came my confusions followed. I did this to clarify things and I'm sorry if you already fell in love with me. I'm happy with you that's all I am thinking" Honestly this situations is killing me, having her words as a knife that keeps stabbing my chest.

"I can have you as my friend. I mean super bestfriend, I think that's more better, that's what I've found out since we started this" 

Friend. Super Bestfriend.
Realization sucks. Reality kills.
One sided attraction and love could break your heart.
One sided love can make your heartbeat stop. Is it my fault?

I moved out my hands from her grip.
"Yeah. Super Bestfriend, you're right that's better, really it is" My throat sore as I tried to hold back my tears.

"Are you okay?" She worriedly asked

"Sure I am, but I think I should go, it's getting dark. Ms. Lalisa send me some papers to be check, the client's papers" I hurried picked up my shoes and stood up from the sand.
