Field Trip and Identity Reveal

This chapter happened right after Tony Stark took away Peter's suit in Homecoming. It's awkward I know...

So there was a trip. 

To Avengers Tower. 

On Friday. 

Which is tomorrow.  

Life officially sucks for Peter Parker.

Friday Morning

So now Peter had to deal with a hell lot of stuff. There's this field trip, for instance and there's this thing between him and Mr Stark that they still haven't been able to figure out since the ferry incident. Ned was not really happy to visit the Tower either, since Peter kinda hated that place ever since Mr. Stark had taken his suit away and had put it on display at the Tower. Peter hated him for that. 

The bus rode over a big bump on the road which happened to help Peter's mind return to reality. He looked outside the window to see the majestic Stark Tower rising up in front of him. Life sucks, he thought. 

They got off the bus with Flash being a dick and Peter ignoring his comments. They went into the lobby and a bubbly tour guide named Emile led them on their tour. 

As they walked through the metal detectors to the elevators, Emile explained what they would be seeing today: 

The Basic Lab

The Lab for Interns

The History Museum about Stark Industries

Lunch

Training Rooms(Weapons Training)

The displays of old Avengers suits(Spiderman included)

Advanced Lab

Iron Man suits exhibit

Yup, that was it. Awesome.

They walked into the basic level labs to see a bunch of people working on projects and inventing stuff. There were a few science fair projects amidst the hustle and bustle and there was a blueprint for Captain America's shield hanging on the wall. His classmate whispered excitedly. 

"Dude that volcano is awesome."

"That's Captain America's shield!"

"I heard that shield destroyed Tony Stark's arc reactor once!"

At that mention, Peter turned to see Flash fangirl over a shield blueprint. 

"Dickhead." Peter muttered as the tour group explored the labs.

They then went to see the Labs for the Interns. It was pretty painful to go there since Peter was once an intern and Flash was still taunting him. 

The Intern Lab was bigger and much more advanced than the basic labs. There were a lot of college students working on complex codes and building robots. Peter's classmates looked about in wonder as curious Interns turned to look at them. Some of them had worked with Peter before so they shot questioning glances his way; he just ignored them.
