"Babe," natigilan ako ng hinalikan niya ang aking pisngi at lumipat saaking tabi. "When did you come?" Halos malaglag ang aking panga sa inaasta niya. What the hell??
"W-what?" Nakita kong halos paiyak na ang babae, "How can you do this to me!?" Sigaw niya kay Hashem na nagmamaang-maangan lang, hinampas sya ng babae bago ito mangiyak-ngiyak na tumalikod.
"Wh-what was that?" Half my mouth open.
Natatawa syang hinarap ako at napakamot sakanyang batok, "Sorry Ms. Hamilton, ayaw niya akong tantanan."
Napataas ang aking kilay, "She looked pretty and classy, you don't like her?" Nagpatuloy kami sa paglalakad. "Anyway, are you done taking your liscensure exam?"
"She's nice but I don't like obsessive girls." I take a sip of my coffe as we passes the field full of students from criminology having their morning routine, "My exam is tomorrow yet, while the result is week after."
Napakunot ang aking noo, "I heard from Chaucer few weeks ago he'll take the exam. He even ask for a good luck." Is that guy lied to me? Kung ganoon, bakit hindi ko na sya nakikitang pagala-gala dito. "Where is he then?"
"The last time I heard from him was weeks ago too, nasa states sya, he's processing papers there or whatever it is." Bahagya akong natigilan, "Mas nauna syang nagtake, I am expecting of course he passed. His parents are doctors and they owned hospitals around the globe so his steps after getting a liscence will be different from mine." tumigil na kami sa paglalakad ng makarating sa harap ng building, "He graduated from Harvard anyway so he's processing something there."
Napatango-tango ako, it's such a hassle. "What are you doing here by the way?"
"The principal is looking for me," he waved his hand, "I have to go." Nagpaalam na rin ako sakanya bago naglakad patungo sa sarili kong office.

"My schedule for today please.." napahawak ako saking sentido, I couldn't sleep last night after I had a little argument with Tuecer through phonecall. I am insisting to visit him on their airline but he just sounds irratated and even hung up, that's odd so I couldn't sleep trying to think what did I even do wrong.
"Few approvals from accounting, and a lunch with Mr. Sigyn Rhodes. That's it for today." Lumipat na sya sa kanyang upuan, napakunot ang aking noo. That's it? "Starting tomorrow Ms, you will deal with different concerns from the parents, they are insisting to reduce the tuition fees."
Who gave them the rights to ask me about reducing the tuition fees? Do they know better? Those hypocrites. "Why would I have lunch with Sigyn Rhodes?" Nagtipa ako sa computer at tinignan ang mga reports.
"His manager agreed to our proposal since they also need to boost Sigyn's image about education, pero nagrequest po mismo si Sigyn na ikaw ang magdala ng contract sakanya, or else, hindi sya pipirma." Nilapag ni Arcelie ang itim na folder, "That's the contract that needs his signature."
