"How's the airline going?" Dad asked eating some appetizer, I cleared my throat and turn to look at Tuecer beside me.
"It's going back to its position, we haven't clear some cases but we will soon. Tuecer is starting to get the favor of board." Tuecer's Dad answered, "Yet some are buying shares and wanted to replace him from his position."
Napalingon si Tuecer saakin, "What?" he whispered while others in the table are talking about business.
"Lets talk later." I whispered back, kinunotan niya lang ako ng noo bago binalik ang atensyon sa pagkain. Napabuntong-hininga ako at napaayos ng upo.
"Both of you." Nanindig ang balahibo ko ng marinig ang boses ng aking lolo, magkakambal sila ng ugali ng lola ko at pareho silang malala. Sabay kaming napaangat ng tingin sakanya, "You have any idea we are gathered here today?" in his old age, he is still strict, bold and his presence alone can make you bow to his knees.

"There's no reason to make the merging of our companies wait any longer," Chairwoman Hamilton glared at me and Tuecer, "Do you know what I mean?"
"We know Madame," Tuecer answered respectively, "But I still want to respect Zenica's opinion about this." Sinulyapan niya ako bago nilagay ang palad niya sa nakakuyom kong kamay, "I don't want us to get married because of the advantages the company gets."
Binawi ko ang kamay ko at pinilit na hindi manginig habang kumukuha ng pagkain, as much as I can, I want to act normal. Napansin kong napatingin silang lahat saakin, waiting for my response and from their eyes they are expecting something positive.
"What if.." napalunok ako, "I say no?" hoping, I look at my parents who aren't even shock, they just looked curious.
"Do you have any choice aside from saying yes?" Chairwoman Hamilton strictly utter and giving me no choice at all. "Do you plan ruining Hamilton group's flawless image Zenica?" I licked lips before sipping the tea. "I heard you're handling the project for a pilot school, if its a success you are going to offer franchise in states. You can't make it a success without the help of their airline."
