Hawkins, Indiana August 17, 1983
" Y/N?! Y/N?! " Mike yelled her name out as he looked through the fort. Mike took out his walkie-talkie, "Guys! Y/n is gone?! She's gone!"Mike said. "Maybe she decided to go back to her home?"Dustin answered. "No you don't understand! Y/n said she would never wanna go back! She says her father is bad and everyone there is bad!"Mike explained.
Dustin sighed as Mike heard it go to static. Mike furrowed his eyebrows as then he heard leaves crackling behind him. "Mike?"Y/n asked as she slowly came closer to him. "Jesus! I thought they took you"Mike hugged her. Y/n's eyes widened as she slowly hugged him back. "Where were you?!"Mike pulled out of the hug and put his hands on her shoulders.
"Washing my face..?"Y/n said as she looked down to her hands that are still wet. "There's a river near here?"Mike asked. Y/n nodded as she slowly raised her hands up and started poking Mike's face making his face have wet spots. "You're gonna get my face all wet!"Mike smiled. Mike ran to the fort as Y/n chased him. "NO!"Y/n yelled as she tripped. "Y/n!"Mike turned around and saw her laughing.
Mike laughed a bit as he helped her get up. "Your food is gonna get cold!"Mike said as Y/n went inside the fort. Mike looked at his watch and saw school had started already. "SHIT!"Mike says. "I have to go! I'm sorry! I'll come back for lunch! okay?"Mike says, Y/n nodded as Mike left.

"I'm so sorry Mr.Clarke!"Mike sat down. "Late again? You're gonna ruin your attendance, don't be late again."Mr.Clarke sighed. "Dude, was Y/n there?"Dustin asked. "Yeah, She was just at the river near the forest"Mike said. "Boys, would you care to join the lesson?"Mr.Clarke asked. "Of course, Master! Continue your lesson!"Dustin spoke in a deep voice.
"You guys wanna do the campaign today? After school though.."Will whispered. "I have to go to Y/n after school.."Mike whispered. "Y/n, Y/n, Y/n, All you ever talk about is Y/n!"Lucas whispered. "Oh come on! You know that's not true!"Mike scoffed. "Kinda is.."Dustin muttered. "Here's your food, my little princess!"Lucas spoke in a high pitch voice.
"BOYS! Come on, Please focus on the lesson and no talking"Mr.Clarke said. They all nodded and looked at their textbooks except Mike."Mike hasn't even took out anything."Mr.Clarke sighed."Sorry Mr.Clarke"Mike took out his textbooks and notebook.

Y/n furrowed her eyebrows as she felt someone was watching her. She closed her eyes as she slowly started going to the void. Y/n opened her eyes as she saw she was in the void. "I think she's using her abilities right now, Sir"A soldier said. "She's in some kind of fort? Food is in front of her, her nose is bleeding"He explained. Y/n's eyes widened as she notices he's talking about her. "Hmm, we'll get her back now."Dr.Brenner said.
Y/n gasped as she saw Dr.Brenner, she opened her eyes as she left the void. She pants heavily as she wipes her nose. Y/n exited the fort as she was thinking on where to go. She remembered that Mike had told her what he goes to school yesterday. "Four!" A soldier yelled from behind her. She looked back as her eyes widened. Y/n looks forward again and starts running.
"Get her!"A other soldier yelled as a group of soldiers chased her. She made it to where Cornwallis and Kerley meet. Y/n turned around and faced the group of soldiers, "GO AWAY!"She screamed. Her scream made them all fly back to the ground or a tree. They all started groaning and slowly standing up. Y/n furrowed her eyebrows as she tilted her head. Suddenly, all of the soldiers neck snap.
Blood goes down Y/n's nose and slowly dripping to her clothes Mike had gave her. She continued running down the road. She kept running until she saw Hawkins Middle School. Meanwhile, "I know, I know! But we can't just leave her out there! I can't leave her! So I won't stop"Mike said as the party exited the school. School had ended so Mike was gonna bring food for Y/n.
"Well-MIKE! GUYS!"Dustin says as he sees Y/n in front of the school. "What? Y/N?!"Mike yelled as the party ran to her. "What are you doing here?!"Lucas asked. "Shouldn't she be in her fort?"Will asked. "The bad men..they found me"Y/n wiped her nose. "She can't go back to the forest"Dustin said. "Take her to your house, Mike"Lucas said. "Are you kidding me?! My mom will kill me"

Y/n sat on the couch in Mike's basement. Lucas ended up convincing Mike to take her to his house. "Is your dad really that bad?"Dustin asked her as he sat next to her. Y/n nodded, "Papa hurt me, the bad men hurt me"Y/n furrowed her eyebrows. "Like...physically?"Dustin raised an eyebrow. "P-Physically?"Y/n tried pronouncing the word. "Like-Like"Dustin stood up.
"Like this?"Dustin punched Mike in the arm. "OWW! What was that for?!"Mike furrowed his eyebrows. Y/n nodded, "The bad people hurt me more"Y/n says. "They hurt my sister.."Y/n looked at Dustin. "You have a sister?!"Lucas asked. "Eleven, My sister"Y/n nodded. "Papa always says me and Eleven are really strong"Y/n added. "Does Eleven have powers like you?"Will asked. Y/n nodded in response.
"Our powers are kinda the same..because we are sisters"Y/n says. Suddenly, someone starts knocking on the front door. "I'll go get that"Mike goes upstairs. "Can you ..make us fly?"Dustin asked. Y/n nodded, "But like right now..?"Dustin smiled. "Not right now.."Y/n awkwardly smiled. "THE SOLDIERS! THEY'RE HERE!"Mike ran down the basement stairs. Y/n's eyes widened, "Just the soldiers..?"She asked.
"Yeah, there's no van or anything.."Mike says. Y/n stands up and goes up the stairs. The boys follow her upstairs as she opens the front door with her mind. "Four.."The soldier started walking to her. Y/n tilts her head as the soldiers neck snaps. "HOLY SHIT"Lucas yelled out. "I said go away already.."Y/n furrowed her eyebrows as she looked at another soldier. "I SAID GO AWAY!"Y/n yelled as all of the soldiers catch on fire. "Jesus.."Will's eyes widened.
Y/n raised her hand up as she made all the soldiers levitate. Y/n grunts as she pulls her hand towards her then pushes her hand out causing the soldiers to fly all the way back. Y/n's left nostril bleeds as her other nostril slightly bleeds. She pants heavily as she falls back but Mike catches her.
