•Tony never really like Christmas even as kid he has always insisted on spending the holiday locked away in his lab working
•Your first Christmas with Tony was interesting because he had no idea it was your favorite holiday so coming home a few days after Thanksgiving to find that the whole tower looked like Christmas had thrown up on it was quite a shock to him
•After that first year he knows what to expect as far as Christmas decorations however he is still pretty sour toward Christmas anyways
•You try your best to lighten his mood by baking cookies and hanging lights in his lab but once nothing works you start to feel like the problem might be family related
•One night you make some hot chocolate and pull him into the living room where you've started a fire making him sit down while you ask him why he hates Christmas so much
•He finally cracks confessing that as a kid his mom always spent hours a day decorating for Christmas claiming she wanted him to have the picture perfect Christmas but after decorating all month and his dad not showing up it would always lead to a huge argument
•After he tells you all of this you decided to invite all of the Avengers over for a Christmas party causing Tony to finally start enjoying the Christmas season
•A few days before Christmas he tells you he wants it to be just you two and you happily agree because your glad you don't have to cook enough food to feed everyone so you two can just relax
•On Christmas Day he wakes up before you and fixes both of you breakfast before waking you up so you both can sit in the living room watching the snow fall before he gets on one knee and ask you to marry him after you excitedly agree he proclaims Christmas is his new favorite holiday
