I sighed as I set the bottles of liquor on the counter top as Sam set the record player on the table."Alright I am gonna go upstairs and get ready in the guest bathroom"I said as I stripped his jacket off."You can't you didn't get a dress"he said looking at me with a smirk on his face."No I didn't but Natasha dropped on off for me to wear,it's upstairs on the bed"I replied sticking my tounge out at him as I climbed the stairs,quickly closing the door behind me."Come on Nat anything but that stupid black dress"I mumbled as I unzip the bag to find that stupid black dress that had a deep v-neck and a leg slit freshly dry cleaned staring back at me."Damn that smart ass spy"I said making my way to the bathroom to fix my makeup and straighten my hair.I slowly slid the dress on zipping up the back securely before slipping on the matching black heels that were sitting next to it,I smoothed the dress out as I stood up looking in the mirror smiling."Damn I look good"I giggled before taking a deep breath before I walked out of the room and made my way down the first flight of stairs stopping in the foyer."I was just about to call you down"Sam said as he turned around his jaw dropping as I blushed making my way down the rest of the stairs."Whoa you look just whoa"he said making me laugh."Come on we don't want to be late"I said as I grabbed the bottles before kissing him on the cheek. *******************************************
"Well don't you look like a full course meal"a voice said from behind me,I turned around to see Natasha smirking as she approached the bar."Shut up"I mumbled as I took a sip of my drink."Has he made a move yet?"she asked as she brought her drink to her lips while I shook my head"He said I looked nice but nothing else,he's been with the guys the whole time"I said as she grinned "he keeps straighting his tie it's a nervous habit of his,he will make a move eventually he hasn't shut up about you since he met you"Natasha said as he glanced over at us."Well all this loud noise and liquor is giving me a headache,I am gonna go on the balcony for some fresh air"I told her as I set my drink down before making my way out on the balcony."Something wrong"Sam asked as he stood next to me resting his fore arms against the bannister."No just getting a headache"I said as the wind picked up blowing snow around us."You're gonna get sick"he said as he took his jacket off dropping it over my shoulders.I hummed as I wrapped my arms around his waist as he hugged me."Dance with me"I said as I listen to the classic Christmas music that flowed threw the cracks of the tower out to the balcony where we stood"Anything for you"he said as we swayed back and forth to the music,his chin resting on my head.I wrapped my arms around his neck as I looked up at him smiling before he slowly leaned in as he pressed his lips against mine softly kissing me,I hummed as I kissed back enjoying the taste of his lips on mine."You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that he mumbled as he broke the kiss resting his forehead against mine.I smiled softly "I have a rough idea"I smiled.
