I smiled as I pulled my hair up into a ponytail while watching Bucky brush his teeth."What should we do today?"I asked him as he glanced over at me his tooth brush hanging out of the side of his mouth."Whatever you want babe,"he mumbled as he drooled tooth paste causing me to scrunch my nose at him."How about we go to the flea market,maybe we could find cool stuff for the apartment"I offered biting my lip as I watched his muscles flex as he pulled a shirt on,"Sounds like fun to me."He stated as he made his way over to me kissing me softly on the lips. *******************************************
I grinned as I stepped out of our car,my feet hitting the gravel as we walked towards the multiple booths full of random items."Is there anything in particular we are looking for?"Bucky asked me inner lacing our fingers,"Not really,we could us a lamp for the living room."I replied as we stepped into the first booth."How about this creepy baby doll"He said holding up the doll as I shuddered,"Hell no,we're not bringing that into the house it's probably cursed."I claimed as he laughed.I glanced around at the items before grabbing Bucky's hand pulling him to the next booth."I found a lamp!"Bucky proclaimed as I glanced over my shoulder to see him holding an oil lamp proudly,"Babe that's an oil lamp,we have electricity now you know that right?"I teased as he rolled his eyes."This lamp doesn't need electricity so it's more efficient!"he said handing it to me as I sighed."You really want this lamp don't you?"I asked as he gave me his best puppy dog eyes nodding,"Okay fine"I said as I payed for the lamp."Let's get you out of this booth."I laughed as we started walking towards the next one."Bucky look!"I gasped pointing at the pickup truck that had a kennel in the back of it that was filled with puppies,Bucky's eyes followed mine before he shook his head."No,we don't need a dog."He said sternly as I rolled my eyes"Just come look at them with me!"I pleaded as he let out sigh following me towards the truck.I squealed noticing the dogs were Labrador Retrievers,"Look at that one"I said pointing at the smallest one sitting in the back corner,he was missing an eye and was clearly the runt of the litter."Can we please get him?"I asked now serving Bucky my best puppy dog eyes.He sighed as he nodded"Fine.Just grab the dog and let's go before we buy anything else we don't need"He replied as I smiled quickly paying the lady before Bucky could change his mind."Look how cute he is!"I said as I held him up to Bucky's face,"Hmm very cute."He said a hint of sarcasm in his voice."What should we name him?"I asked Bucky as we walked back to our car."I don't know babe"he replied as he drove us towards the nearest pet store. *******************************************
I hummed as we strolled threw the dog food isle,Bucky pushed the shopping cart as I threw different things into the cart."How many toys does that thing need"he laughed as I threw a handful of toys into the cart."He is gonna start teething soon so we need to have plenty of toys for him to chew on instead of the furniture"I said as I held the puppy out towards Bucky."Hold him"I said as Bucky shook his head,"No no no this is your little science project"he said as I gasped "James Barnes,he is not a science project he is our puppy now hold him or I will step on your foot"I threatened.Bucky let a groan out as he grabbed the puppy making sure to keep the puppy an arms length away from his face.I narrowed my eyes at him,"Cuddle him"I demand as Bucky's eyes went wide."No way in hell that thing is getting close to my face,besides it has fleas"he exclaimed as I laughed."Fine let's just finish up and go home,but you have to hold him for the rest of the time"I stated as I pushed the cart towards the check out counter with Bucky in tow. *******************************************
I smiled softly at the sleeping puppy that laid on my lap as Bucky and I watched tv." You know we never picked out a name for him"I said cuddling up against Bucky as he wrapped his arm around my waist pulling me closer to him."How about Bullseye?"He mumbled against my forehead kissing it softly."Bullseye"I repeated glancing down at the dog on my lap,"I like that"I told him before leaning up pressing my lips against his as he gently grabbed my chin kissing my lips softly."Thank you for today Bucky"I murmured as we broke the kiss,"Hey I'll do anything to make you happy.I love you"he said smiling.
