A/n: I love this story sm. So when I got a request to do a second part I gladly excepted.
Ah yes, love was a magical thing. Especially at Hogwarts. Tony and Stephen knew that by now. They had just finished fourth year and were on their way back to Kings Cross on the Hogwarts Express. Tony, Stephen, Rhodey, Natasha, and Bruce all sat in a compartment together, talking among themselves. "So then Clint fell flat on his face and-" Natasha was interrupted by Rhodey.
"Sorry Nat, but I have to ask Tones a question." He apologizes. "Do you plan on telling your parents about your relationship?" Stephen shrugs, while Tony falls silent.
"I don't know. I just....my dad...." Tony doesn't know how to continue. Stephen puts a reassuring hand on Tony's wrist. "It'll be okay. We don't have to tell anyone if we don't want to." Tony smiles warmly at Stephen. Soon enough, they've both fallen asleep, cuddling each other.
"Tony. Stephen. C'mon guys. We're here." Stephen lifts his head off of Tony's and rubs his eyes. He gently shakes him awake. "I'm up! I'm up." He stands and begins to stretch. They both walk out of the train to find a huge crowd of students and parents.
"Bye. I'll miss you sweetheart." Tony tells Stephen while giving him a hug. "Ditto."
"You'll write to me, right?" Tony asks.
"Of course. Promise me you'll write back?"
"I promise." They hug again and go to find their families. Tony easily spots his mom, who is giving him a bright smile. She leads him out of the station and into their car. "Your father's busy right now. He's sorry he couldn't be there to pick you up."
Tony rolled his eyes. Sure he was. His dad never had time for him anyway. His mom reaches their house. "I want you to tell me all about your year. Every little detail." Tony nods, trying to decide whether he should tell her about Stephen or not. Or if he should tell her he's gay. His mom leaves the room. Tony knew he was gay since second year, but never told anyone until the day he kissed Stephen. Should he tell his parents?
His mom enters the room, this time with some tea. "Okay. Tell me everything." A pit begins to grow in his stomach. "Uh okay. I was top of my class, we won the house cup, um....." His mom smiled. "That can't be everything that happened. Did you get a girlfriend?" Tony gulps.
"Well everyone kinda just wants me for my money and stuff." Tony tries to explain.
"There's gotta be someone who doesn't think like that." The pit in Tony's stomach grows larger. "Well....there is someone."
There was no going back now. "Their name is Stephen." His....name is Stephen." Maria's eyes grow huge and her jaw drops. Tony braces himself. "That's.....new." Tony frowns.
"It's, um. Fine. I just can't believe it." Tony's hope brightens. "So...you're gay?" Tony nods. "Yeah."
Maria gives him a small hug. "Your father won't except this." Tony remains silent and heads upstairs. "Wait! When can I meet him?" She calls. Tony shrugs. "When I'm ready!" He yells back.
Tony pumps his fist up in the air. She was fine with it! He had to write to Stephen. He sat down in his desk and began to write to Stephen. He gave Dum-E, his owl, the letter. "Good boy. Go take it to Stephen for me." Tony went to bed that night with a grin on his face.
The next day he discovers that Stephen wrote back. He went down to his lab that his dad hesitantly built for him, with the letter Stephen wrote in hand. He just needed some time to think. Should he tell his dad? Did his mom already tell him? Should I just spring the news on him by bringing Stephen over? He couldn't decide.
"ANTHONY!" Well shit. He knew that scream anywhere. It was his dad's scream when he did something unforgivable. He sprints up to the family room, where his mom was trying to calm his dad down. Tony sits down silently. "Howard! Try to calm yourself!" Howard jumps up and runs over to Tony. Tony flinches. Howard just stares at him. "Tony. Don't you understand? We won't be accepted by the Wizarding World! THIS IS A DISGRACE!"
"No, dad. I won't be accepted by the Wizarding World. You'll be fine."
"What about the bloodline? As purebloods we have to have wizard grandchildren!" Howard storms off, leaving Tony and Maria alone in an awkward silence. Tony gets up and goes to his room. It was alright. Tony didn't need his dad to accept him. At least his mother did.
"Tony, honey. Can I come in?" It was his mom. Tony opens up the door.
"I'd like to invite Stephen over sometime." His mom told him.
"Mom, Stephen and I only started dating this year and I don't think we're ready for that."
"Nonsense."
"We're only in fourth ye-"
"That's enough. Send him an owl."
Tony complies, grabbing a quill. He writes a short, yet sweet letter inviting him over. He hands the letter to Dum-E. "You know where to go."
A couple days later, after receiving a response, Stephen shows up on Tony's doorstep. "Hi. Is Tony here?" He questions Maria.
"Yes. You must be Stephen." They shake hands. Maria leads Stephen inside. "Tony will be down any moment." Just on time, Tony bounds down the stairs. "Hey Steph! I missed you!"
Both boys run towards each other, smiling. Stephen kisses Tony on the cheek. "Not in front of my mom, Steph."
"It's quite alright. I'll let you boys talk." Maria leaves Tony and Stephen alone together. Tony presses his lips to Stephen's. Tony puts his hands around Stephen's neck.
"You're really short, you know that?" Stephen said, resting his chin on Tony's head.
"I'm still the hottest guy in school."
"I'm not going to deny that."
Little did they know, Maria was watching from the other room, a proud smile on her face. "The Wizarding World is going to get lucky with these two." She whispers to herself. "Very lucky indeed."
