Chapter 2

I had eventually fallen asleep on my bed, emotionally and physically exhausted and had been woken sometime later by a knock at my door.  I had sat up slowly, only to catch my reflection in the mirror on the back of the door.  My eyes were dark rimmed and puffy and my hair was swept about messily around my face. "One moment" I snapped as I rose to my feet, hurriedly smoothing my hair and pulling on my boots. I glanced at the clock, 10.30pm this better be good.  I force open the door as I stand and am greeted by the pale face of Hux.  He raises his eyebrows as he takes in my appearance, "Well?" I say as I walk towards him menacingly, he drops his eyes "I wondered if I could have a word Supreme Leader, you see we have found the whereabouts of the resistance and uh, also the girl".  For a moment I simply stare at Hux, he's found them, so easily? A strange panic rises in my stomach, if we know where they are then we will have to attack them, Rey might be killed.  Hux clearing his throat noisily jolts me out of myvthoughts, " Very good General, where are they?" "Endor" Hux answers quickly.  I turn away and gaze out of the window, my eyes scanning the bright stars, I remember my father talking about Endor, "Supreme Leader, shall we launch a surprise attack at first light?".  I nod, my back still to him.  I wait until I hear his footsteps echoing away from my room and then I close my eyes and suck in a deep breath, I have to warn Rey.
