After the force bond had ended I had lain on my bed, my heart racing as I remembered her lips on my cheek. The way she had looked at me, the gratefulness in her eyes, I wanted to see her again. Just to have someone, anyone look at me like that would have been amazing but her, having her smile at me like that made me feel so happy. Happy I thought, that's something I haven't felt for so long. I turned onto my side and closed my eyes, I was so very tired. I drifted off thinking of Rey.

I was jolted out of sleep by a loud banging on my door, I sat up, dazed and looked at the clock, 3am. "Sir, the command shuttle leaves in 1 hour".

When I reached the hanger Hux was waiting for me, his arms folded across his chest, his pale features taught. I nodded at him and he followed me onto the shuttle. I took my seat as the shuttle lifted off, I was nervous, I hoped Rey had taken my warning and left. "Sir 30 minutes until landing" Conistin said from his seat in the cock pit. I nodded and looked across at Hux. He was leant forwards in his seat, his eyes round, a thin smile on his lips. Suddenly he turned to me, "This is it Supreme Leader, they wont stand a chance, I have ordered twenty of our best Tie fighter pilots to follow us in, if we can destroy the Falcon then they will be totally trapped and we can pick them off like rabbits." I nodded at him, "You have done well General, I hope that you are right" I said, a slight hint of a threat in my voice. Hux nodded back at me and then looked away, his features taught once more.

Finally Endor came into view. The planet was totally green and lush and as we got lower I could see why they called it the forest moon. Pine trees stood tall, their tops iced with snow. "Find a place to land" I ordered Conistin just as the Tie fighters screamed past us flying close to the trees.

Once the command shuttle had landed I headed out into the snow. The sun was just rising and it was bitterly cold. Hux followed me, his breath escaping in excited foggy breaths. Several stormtroopers who had traveled on the shuttle with us headed off amongst the pine trees with an order, kill anyone you find on sight. Tye fighters screamed over our heads, their thermal vision cameras scanning every corner of the planet for life forms. I felt Hux shift next to me, rubbing his hands and stamping his feet, "No gunfire yet, where are they?" He said suddenly, I glanced at him, "Be patient General, it is a big search area, plenty of corners to hide in."

Suddenly two blaster shots rang out. I tensed, the radio on Hux's belt crackled. Hux ripped it from his waist and pressed it to his mouth, "Yes, Hux here", a stormtroopers voice, "No sign of life other than Ewoks, just took two down for resisting questioning". I turned to Hux and raised my eyebrows. Hux's face had coloured and his eyes stared straight ahead, "It appears that your information was inaccurate General", Hux remained motionless, staring at the snow and then as I headed back inside the shuttle he swore loudly, kicking a cloud of snow into the air. I smiled, she was safe for now.
