Hey guys! So this one shot is basically just what it would probably had been like if FP stayed at the musical and Hal wasn't there and everyone would be happy so yeah!

Once again, FP Jones turned her down! It was getting annoying at this point. Once she left pops, she got in her car and cried. She didn't usually cry over men but FP- FP was different. She just wanted him in the audience, seeing his smiling face would have brung her so much joy! But he declined, and she was going to have to get over it.
*30 minutes before the musical*
"Boy, you ready to go?" FP Asks as he places a pink envelope on the counter while he rummages through the drawer.
"Wait you're coming to the musical?" His son asks in shock.
"There's someone I wanna see... now let's go, we're gunna be late!" FP says as she grabs the envelope and heads out the door followed by Jughead who was questioning his father.
Once they got to the theatre, Jughead went backstage to find Betty whilst FP waited in the lobby till the doors opened. Staring at the love letter he wrote Alice. He wasn't sure if he should give it to her or not... but he wanted to, so badly! The lights turn on and off indicating the show was about to start. He lets out a sigh and walks into the theatre to take his seat.
The lights come on and there's Alice. She looked stunning! In costume and out of! He couldn't believe the beautiful voice she had. A grin grew as she kept singing.
"You're the reason I'm alive!" She sang
"You're the only reason I survived!" She then spotted the one and only FP Jones in the audience, with the biggest smile on his face which caused her to smile.
"And in my life there's only one thing true" she continues.
"I will always, love you" she sings the last line of her song as she stares at FP who had big heart eyes.
The room is filled with applause and cheers, she then carried on to her line.
"Alright Carrietta! It's time to come out if your closet" she states.
The curtain behind Alice comes up to reveal Midges body pinned onto a wall. She sees the crowds confusion and then turns around to find the young girl dead. Her body fills with terror as she reads the message from the black hood. Alice screams bloody murder, just as the crowd gets up to run out the room.
"Alice!" FP yells after her.
He bolts from his seat to the stage where he grabs her and holds her close. She places her head in the crook of his neck as she lets out a few sobs. He stokes her hair, trying to calm her down.
"We've gotta get out of here!" Alice says through sobs.
He nods then grabs her hand and runs off the stage and exits the theatre. FP didn't want her to be alone, so he offered to bring her back to his place for a while, for some company. She agrees, and soon enough, they are on the couch in each other's arms.
"Ali" he whispers.
"Yeah?" She responds in a whisper.
"I'm sorry" he continues as he strokes her hair.
"I was a complete jackass and I really hope this will makeup for it!" He says as he pulls out the letter from his pocket.
She's confused for a moment but then realizes that he wrote her a letter... she quickly opens it without saying a word and reads it to herself.

He wipes the two tears that escape her eyes off of her face. The card was beautiful! She couldn't help but wonder what their lives would have been like if they would have stayed together. They then make eye contact and he takes her hand in his. She smiles as she wraps her arms around his neck.
"I love you too" she states with a giggle
He smiles then kisses her passionately.
"You really wanna do this? Give us a try?" He says nervously.
"I'd do it a million times" she says with a smile.
