I found this prompt on Twitter! And sadly I can only upload one photo from this idea but, I completely loved it and wanted to write it! Sooooo enjoy!
"MOM!" Betty yells as she sees her mom curled up in a ball by a tree in the woods
It's been nearly a month since she had last seen her mother. Betty was told that Alice had ascended and that she would never see her mother again! That was before detective Smith, her brother, CHARLES, cane along and told her all about Alice's secret mission to take down the farm.
Alice's eyes light up as she sees her daughter running towards her. She immediately stands and starts running towards her daughter, tears streaming down both of their faces. They immediately embrace as sobs escape their mouths.
"I thought I was never going to see you again" Betty manages to get out.
"I'm here, I'm okay!" Alice says as she caresses her daughter's cheek while wiping away a few of her own tears.
Just then the three men, Jughead, Charles and FP, run towards the two woman. Alice squeezes Betty's arm and runs over to Charles.
"Mom! Mom I was so scared I didn't know where you were or if you were even alive!" Charles says embracing her as tightly as he can which made Alice smile.
"Im okay, thank you so much Charles, I love you so so much!" Alice chokes out as more tears run down her face.
Charles immediately pulls her into another hug with the biggest smile on his face. It was the first time she'd said she loved him, for the first time in a long time, he felt loved.
"I love you too mom!" He gets out as a few years escape his eyes.
Once they finished their embrace, she saw him. The love of her life, the one who turned her away just a few months ago. She gives him a week smile and quickly looks away. FP couldn't bare the tension between them anymore. He then walks up to her and pulls her into a hug which startled Alice a little. He was holding her so tightly, holding back his tears, then Alice finally gave into the hug and wrapped her arms around him as she hurried her head in his shoulder. They've both waited for this moment for so long.
"Ali, i-Im so sorry I never caught on and helped you, I can't believe that I-I wasn't there for you-"
"Shh shh FP, it's okay! I'm here aren't I?" She interrupts, giving him a smile.
God he missed that smile, it was so contagious that he smiled himself. He takes her hands into his, not minding the presence of their kids and starts what he's been planning.
"Al, I am so sorry for putting you through so much pain! From high school to now, I've hurt you and blown you off so many times, yet you still keep coming back to me, south side scum." He begins, and she slaps him on the shoulder when he calls himself out then renters her hand into his.
"You mean the world to me, you are my world! And letting you go... for Gladys, was one of the biggest regrets in my life! I didn't love her, I did it for my kids. Seeing you standing there, putting yourself out on the line for me... I wanted to grab you and kiss you and tell you that I chose you but, Jughead wanted his family together and I couldn't let my happiness get in the way of his." Alice nods and a few tears stream down her face at the mention of the night.
"But Al... it's always been you! I can't imagine my life without you and I can't believe that your still putting up with me!" He says as a few tears escape his on eyes, which doesn't go unnoticed by Alice.
"So the answer to your question, is that I do love you Alice Susanna Smith! I love you more than any woman I've ever known! You're it for me and I'm so so so sorry I didn't realize it sooner, but I love you! And I hope you can forgive me" he says caressing her cheek.
With tears streaming down both of their faces, and the smile growing on Alices lips, he knew she forgave him. She looks to the ground, but her head is pulled up but FP who cups her face in his hands and touches his lips with hers. He wrapped his hands around her waist, just as hers wrapped around his neck. It was like fireworks, they were both falling in love all over again.
They finally break the kiss and stare deeply into each other's eyes.
"And you're the mother of my child too, this beautiful boy that is alive and- I-I just can't believe we made this!" He said as he pulled Charles into a group hug with Alice.
They all laugh sweetly. Betty and Jughead quickly join the hug. FP and Alice were surprised with how amazing Betty and Jughead we're handling all of this news! But they weren't complaining.
"Ready to head back?" FP spoke up, breaking the hug.
"Take me home Jonesey!" She said with a smile.
He grabbed her and kissed her again with the biggest smile on his face.
"Okay I think we've seen enough!" Betty exclaims as she rolls her eyes.
They all share a laugh! They finally start walking back to the car. Betty, with Jughead's hand in hers, Charles alongside his parents, and FP and Alice who were holding each other so closely.
"I'm never letting you go" FP whispers in her ear giving her a quick kiss on her temple.
She giggles!
"Don't ever leave me again" she responds.
