Inigo could hardly sleep that night, the bed is comfortable but his mind is racing. All the possibilities of what is to come, he is finally here, somewhere to fit in, where his magic won't be a curse but a gift.

Being woken early in the morning would usually put Inigo into a bad mood, but today was different, today he is woken by a mage.

Cassius knocks on the door to wake Inigo from his slumber and shouts through the door, "Get dressed and come down for breakfast!"

Inigo changes into a fresh set of clothes, and rushes down the many floors to the dining area, the smell of breakfast getting stronger as he descends the final staircase. The room still felt quite empty even though there were quite a few people sitting and eating at the tables. Most looked older, 'They must be the teachers.' and others looked around Inigo's age, maybe slightly older, 'They must be other students.'

Cassius stands to get Inigo's attention and waves him over to the table he is sitting at with two others.

"This is the new student that arrived last night, his name is Inigo Balker. Inigo, this is Master Wilbur Gerason." Cassius introduces the man wearing a red robe with green lining, that was sitting across from Cassius. Master Gerason stands to shake Inigo's hand. "And this is Master Sapphire Tsubin." The woman sitting next to Cassius just nods to Inigo. "I was just telling Saphy... I mean Master Tsubin, about you. Master Tsubin teaches Arcane Studies for the first two years, and from what I've seen, you will do well in her class."

"I have high hopes for you, best not disappoint, one slip up and you'll regret it." Master Tsubin wore a dark blue robe with yellow trim, her expression was stern and seemed annoyed by Inigo's presence which made Inigo tense up, but with a nudge in the side by Cassius, her expression burst into a smile.

"Stop trying to scare the boy." Master Gerason says smiling. "Just because you are in the same sector as he is, doesn't mean you have to be like Teq'orr."

"Master Teq'orr Xiacran is a great mage, his knowledge of the arcane is incredible. There is a lot to learn from him, just show him respect and he will..." Cassius pauses. "Shout at you less."

Both Master Tsubin and Gerason laugh.

"There are plates and utensils on the table next to the first serving hatch, make sure you fill up, you'll be busy today," Cassius says, Inigo nods and walks up to the kitchen.

He grabs a clean plate from the stack on the table, also a knife and fork. He walks over to the first serving hatch, all different kinds of meats are laid out. Some still sizzling hot like the sausages and bacon, and some cold cuts fanned out ready for the taking. Inigo peers to the second and third hatches to see what else is available, eggs in all of its varieties and different kinds of bread in the second hatch, with an abundance of fruit in the third. There is a fourth hatch but that one seems to be closed.

Inigo notices, whilst piling his plate up with food, that there was no-one in the kitchen, yet the food looked like it had just been cooked.

He returns to the table Cassius is sitting at, takes a seat, and digs into his breakfast.

After having his fill, he takes his plate as instructed to a table near the closed fourth hatch. He is then taken to the ground floor, past the fountain and out the large wooden doors to the outside.

"This small island is all college grounds, in your free time, you may roam wherever you wish. If you were to leave the island, you will need to inform your student advisor, and for the first year, that is me." Cassius says. "Since you live so close it shouldn't be a problem, but ask first, I can't treat you differently to any other student."
