"Evasive maneuvers!" I yelled to the others seconds before nets were fired at us and men came pouring out from behind trees.

Ugh, typical Black Jackets.

But they didn't know my new skill, and I new I could quickly use it for our advantages. My gang looked at me, evading, but waiting.

I closed my eyes. When the vision ended, my eyes fluttered opened and I yelled loudly to them, "ATTACK!"

They grinned and quickly moved to fight mode, punching, kicking, even grabbing noses and ears and pinching or tugging with all of their might.

It was awesome.

They couldn't touch us. My smarts allowed me to dodge every blow and hit with precision. Ivy wrapped at least half of the men in thick vines, gluing them to the huge Redwood trees. They stuggled, and couldn't do anything. Rain pelted all of the men with hail the size of baseballs and struck some with little lightning bolts. Zip darted around, throwing punches, unable to be touched. Owl sent a flurry of animals at the men, who shot down most of them. And Shadow solidified to hit, and then shadowed to evade being hit.

There were about fifty of the men. But I knew all Black Jackets came with a leader. A Boss. Where was theirs?

My question was answered when I felt a foot collide with my back. I buckled over, out of breath, but recovered quickly and spun around, landing a punch on the Boss's nose. It cracked satisfyingly.

The Boss, wearing a pure black, leather jacket, clutched his bleeding schnoz and glared at me. I smirked, and kneed his gut. Then I backed up a bit, hating to fight with Bosses, and strode towards the main fight.

He wasn't done with me, though.

"RAAAAAAAAA!" the Boss roared, launching himself at me. I sidestepped, but he expected it, drawing a knife and throwing it right at my heart.

I cringed, and felt ready to feel the pain.

There was a thud as the knife impaled....

Shadow!
