i walk home and open the door with my keys instantly being hit with warmth

I walk in and make sure to close the door before walking to the sitting room to see my mum laying down on the couch

She's been very ill lately and I got this job mostly to get money to help her , I'd do anything for her

" what is it honey " she asked

" I got a job as a babysitter , a guy named Grayson wants me to take care of his daughter and it pays £80 every hour " I said

" that's wonderful, I'm proud of you darling " she said smiling

She smiled and kissed my cheek
