We were going to the doctors to check when they think the baby will come although they're not always right

*at the doctors *

We were at the doctors and booked an appointment before we came so we could get the doctor to see us

It was going to be the same doctor as before

" Nia " the doctor calls coming into the waiting room

I smile and get up along with Grayson and we follow the doctor into their room so the checkup can begin

They told me to lift up my shirt just so they can see my stomach so I lift it up and look down at my belly

What a long way it has been for me and the baby

The doctor got the scanner and started scanning my belly

" very very healthy indeed and is ready to be born any day now " the doctor said

Grayson placed his hand on my belly and started tearing up while a smile was placed across his face

I place my hand on top of his and look up at him with a smile

" I love you " he mouthed

" I love you too " I mouth tearing up

He smiled and leaned in to give my forehead a kiss which gave me flutters

the doctor said that as soon as I started feeling pain in my stomach and water dropped from me then I should come here again meaning I was ready to give birth

We smile and thank the doctor before I get tissue and wipe off the gel that was on my stomach

Once we all said our goodbyes me and Grayson head out of the doctors and head home

We were really doing it

We were really having a baby

Something I've always dreamed of for my future as a little kid and it's finally coming true
