I walk into the house to find it very quiet and I started getting a little scared

I made my way up to Aaliyah's room and quietly opened the door to see aaliyah and Nia cuddled up together as they snored

I walk to them and lift the blanket more on them since the room was cold and gave them a little kiss on the cheek

I know it's kind of weird for me to give Nia a kiss on the cheek but she's been there for aaliyah and looked after her as if she was her mother

The babysitters I've had for aaliyah in the past were rubbish

They didn't even care for aaliyah , they wanted the money . If aaliyah said she was bored they wouldn't do anything about it

Nia

Nia does everything a mum should do . Reads stories for her , cooks for her , talks with her , hugs her , loves her , helps her dress sometimes , sometimes washes her , plays with her and so much more

She's mummy material

Aaliyah's mum never cared for aaliyah . The thing is we weren't ready for a child

We were doing it and then days later we found out she was pregnant . She gave birth to her and said she was going to go to the bathroom in the hospital but it turned out she changed from her hospital clothes and ran away , completely leaving the country once she packed everything she needed

I was in the hospital with aaliyah in my arms . I remember staring at her , admiring all her beautiful features . She looked more like me than her mother . I was the one who had to look after aaliyah everyday , every minute , every year , every time and every second . I was the one who gave her the name aaliyah . I had no help at all and it was hard because I still hadn't sorted my life out but I still tried for my princess

I remember this one time I walked to the front door of my house and saw a letter then opened it , i read

Dear Grayson ,

I don't know where to start . I'm sorry for leaving you when you needed me the most especially to look after our daughter . I'm sorry for not explaining to you face to face on why I left even though there shouldn't be any excuse . I'm sorry for leaving you with our daughter that I helped making . We were young and didn't have our lives sorted or planned out yet . It was a mistake having a child and I wasn't there for you or our daughter. I have a new life now . I'm married , I'm currently pregnant and this time I will be there for my daughter and my husband. I can't turn back to you grayson , or aaliyah . I can't come back into your lives .
