Grayson gave me a call and wanted to go to Starbucks so I agreed because I was craving some

We meet up at Starbucks and I get ( your favourite Starbucks drink ) and Grayson got ( his favourite Starbucks drink )

Once we get them we sat down on a table for two in the corner and he sat there smiling at me

" what " I ask confused

He grabbed my hands and sighed

" I'm happy to have you in my life " he said looking into my eyes

I smiled and looked down feeling a little nervous

" you're the best thing that's happened to me and I'm glad we met . We're having a baby together and finally increasing in our family . You've been there for me and aaliyah and cared for us so much . You got along with my family so well like you've always known them . You make my heart flutter and I know it might sound cringey but it's how I feel and I want you to know how you make me feel . You make me feel like I'm on cloud 9 Nia , you're everything to me . I'll always protect you from every harm in the world . I'll protect you from the dangerous people and I'll definitely protect you from Dylan and Alexa . I won't let them anywhere near you and if they do I'll deal with Dylan and deal with Alexa but differently since I can't lay my hands on a woman that's wrong . I was tearing up and sniffed

" are you asking me to marry you " I ask

" no yet , that'll be in the future . Right now I'm giving you a promise ring . I'm promising you that I'll always be by your side and cherish you . He got up and got on one knee in front of me making me smile while tears started falling out of my eyes

" this is the next stage before marriage and I want to marry you one day . Will you take this promise ring " he asks smiling

" of course " I said leaning in to kiss him

This moment was magical , filled with happiness and pure love

In the background everyone in the shop clapped

I know why Grayson brought us here , this was the exact place we first met
