"So, you're his bodyguard disguised as a student." I state in disbelief.
I never thought to see the handsome face of Issac masked in the fury.
"Diana, if I was his bodyguard, then I would've been living in the same vicinity as his and not in the city, in a rented apartment which, I have to share with a creature who doesn't know the term personal space." Rolling his eyes he explained.
I can't believe, a few days ago because of Issac I was feeling butterflies and all those stuff in my belly. Right now seeing the serious expression on his face is making my blood boil.
Then why the hell is he here?
Why the hell would he suggest me to talk to my pal?
What the hell is going on?
"You BOTH are testing my patience, before my multiple personality bitches wake up and shine like a diamond you better start explaining!" I tried to keep calm, but I end up yelling at them.
Instantly the guard got up and scowled at me. "Miss. Keep your voice down."
I looked towards Blake with a murderous look, "Blake if today I go to the jail because of this, then I'll make sure to stab you dozen times first and then go to jail." I whispered to him.
He gives me a flat look in return.
"It's fine, Tom." He tells the guard.
Mocking a fake enthusiastic laugh I ask, "Why don't we take the party outside huh, Boys?" Without waiting for their response I twirled around and left the room.
"Anna you're going outside the mansion." Blake states behind me.
"Don't Anna me!" I yelled in frustration.
I feel like my head is going to explode. Nothing is making sense. Is Issac his source? If yes, then how? Is he getting paid for this by Blake? Why is Blake doing this? What are they planning?
Blindly I head towards the garden. I hope none of those guards will disturb us now.
"Why is she going towards the garden?" I heard Issac whispered to Blake.
"I don't know," Blake whispered back. Taking a pause he added, "I'm sorry, mate. I wouldn't have called you. But she got so impulsive. I freaked out."
"Dude, don't be. It will be better the sooner she knows all this. Otherwise, I'm sure she won't hesitate to stab both of us." Issac whispered back.
I don't know whether to rejoice in triumph that, I intimidate them to this level. Or to slash their throats, because they are keeping things from me.
"Dude, please tell me that there is no well in your garden. I have this bad feeling she will push us into-"
"I can hear you, Idiots!"
"Shit!" Issac cursed under his breath, which was audible to me.
I feel as if I'm in some cliche telenovela.
Masson's have a gigantic garden, where most of the charity and gala and all the high society formal dinners and blah blah blah, are hosted. As soon as we reached the center of the garden I looked to the left, right, back and front to make sure that there are no more guards to hear me giving death threats to their prince.
I did a dramatic twirl like some evil queen. Keeping a straight face, or my famous bitch resting face I looked at Issac.
"Who are you?" I asked him gravely.
I hear him inhale a sharp breath. There's a moment of silence between us before he says the inevitable.
"I'm a vampire."
