Chosen By The Force

Anakin was the chosen one. But that doesn't mean that he was the only one that the Force chose, or will ever choose.
I believe that Rey was chosen by the Force. That doesn't mean that I think that her father was the Force, like Anakin, even though it is a possibility.
There is more than one way the Force can choose someone. I believe that Rey's parents were just scavengers, and the Force was not strong in her family. But the Force is strong within Rey, because she was chosen by the Force. But for what purpose?
The Force is constantly trying to balance itself out. For a time there was balance, but when Ben turned to the Dark Side, and Luke disconnected himself from the Force, the balance ended.
Everything was in the favor of the Dark Side. In order to restore the balance, the Force chose Rey to be Kylo's equal in the Force.

"I warned you that one day you would meet your equal in the Light Side. Skywalker I assumed, wrongly." - Snoke
"Darkness rises and light to meet it." -Snoke
She was chosen because the Force was trying to balance itself out. My theory is that the Force chose her and bestowed the Light Side upon her, and that is why she is so strong with it. But why did the Force choose Rey out of everyone in the galaxy?
The Force doesn't care where someone came from, or who their parents were, or even who they are. The Force cares about who they are on the inside, and on the inside, Rey is pure and filled with light and compassion.
Another reason that I think the Force chose her was actually her circumstance. Because she had experienced loneliness her whole life she was able to understand Ben in ways that no one else could.
She also knew how to fix broken things and how to wait.

The Force chose her because the experience of her life had taught her how to wait better than anyone else in the galaxy could. Rey waited for years for her parents, even though she knew that they would never return. She would willing to wait for Ben to return.

And the experiences of her life had taught her to see past brokenness. She doesn't see broken things the same way everyone else does. She sees them as valuable. She survived for years by looking for broken things, that could be fixed.
Ben is broken, but instead of seeing his brokenness, she sees that he can become whole again.

Rey was chosen by the Force, not only to be Kylo Ren's equal in the Light Side, and to counter balance him but also to bring balance to the Force by excepting him and uniting the Light and Dark Sides of the Force.
