today is the fucking day.

 
i wasn't able to get even a wink of sleep last night as i was too excited. just thinking about it, thinking about him, gets me in a rush.

 
i am usually not a morning person and much less when i am sleep deprived, and me smiling in the morning was a very unusual sight.

 
i showered and got ready.

 
i tried to pick an outfit that would make me look cool, but also make me cute.

 
does he likes caps? snapbacks? no-i'd look intimidating. how about a beanie?

 
i finally decided on what to wear after an hour rummaging through my wardrobe.

 
i clad myself in a baby blue oversized sweater with white-washed jeans and blue high cut converse.

 
i mean, he wears blue a lot so i assume he must like it.

 
now that i'm thinking about it, this outfit made me look a bit more cuter rather than cool. but whatever.

 
i walked to the store after eating burnt toast for breakfast to start my shift.

 
okay i was an hour early, but helping out doesn't hurt, right?

 
i was just too damn excited.

 
manager sejin was just finishing up opening the shop, he was the only person inside.

 
i walked in.

 
"what are you doing here, jun? your shift's not for an hour." he says, as he examines some of our stock.

 
"i just came here to help, y'know. for no apparent reason."

 
"don't tell me you need a raise?!" he turns to me, a brow raised.

 
"oh, not at all sir! i just came to help start up shop. what do you need help with?"

 
"very well." he looks at the list in his hand.

 
"i guess you can refill the milk section. there's new stock at the back."

 
i smile to myself as i see a box of almond milk.
