After Jimin had changed out of his yoga gear and took a nice, much needed shower, him and Jeongguk left for school. The ride was short, of course due to the fact they live only a few minutes away.
Another reason as to why Jimin questioned Jeongguk wanting to take him to school.
When they pulled up to the school and parked, Jimin noticed a large group of people surrounding what looks to be another person. He maneuvered around in the car to get a better look but unfortunate for him it didn't work.
Eventually the group had subsided, vanishing into the school. Jeongguk turned his attention towards what Jimin was looking at but shrugged, noticing nothing.
"Thanks for the ride, you didn't need to take me." Jimin said, finally breaking the silence and looking at Jeongguk.
"Don't mention it, I enjoyed seeing you in a sweatband this morning." Jimin slapped the boys chest as he laughed. Jimin's face turned red but he could help but laugh as well.
The car grew silent. The two boys having atleast ten minutes to spare, deciding to stay in the warm car. It was nice. Although it was quiet, the two boys could sense something. Something other than a nice friendship they had developed.
They knew it was something more between the both of them.
Jeongguk's mind got the best of him, as he reaches over and gropes the smaller boys cheek. Jimin turned towards him with confusion, but was surprised when he saw the brunet leaning closer, his eyes closing and his lips becoming closer to his.
'Was this really happening?' Jimin thought. 'Or am I just in some sort of daydream?'
Without contemplating what to do next, Jimin leaned in as well. Their lips lightly touching, but not enough for it to be considered a kiss.
Jeongguk took a leap of faith, leaning in and-
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Both of them sighed. Their faces becoming father from each other as fast as they could as they reached in the back and grabbed their bags. Of course the bell had to ring at the perfect moment.
Jeongguk and Jimin stepped out of the car and left for their appropriate classes. Jimin's being choir whom he had with none of his friends. He didn't mind though, he enjoyed not knowing anyone. It meant he didn't have to care what others thought of him with the fear of caring about their opinions.
When he walked in he noticed the group of people that was outside had ventured into the choir room. He had a little better view of the person in the circle. Dark brown hair, tannish skin and a fair figure from what it looked like.
When Jimin stood to get an even better look, the final bell rang and everyone sat down. Even the boy in the middle, whom may I add, was at the front and had his back facing Jimin.
It was like the world didn't want Jimin to see him.
Jimin huffed with a little attitude but ignored it after a while. His train of thought going back to his and Jeongguk's moment in his car. Jimin couldn't help but smile once more.
He felt now that something like that as happened, they both know the feeling is mutual. That what they've been feeling about one another was a mutual feeling. And that made Jimin feel good,
Confident even.
"Okay class," The teacher announced as he walked in, late of course. "Sorry for my lateness but I would like to introduce a new student of ours. Please stand." He said towards the new kid.
Jimin felt like he was at the edge of his seat. But when the boy turned around, making eye contact with Jimin,
His world came crashing down just as fast as his freshman year did.

"Come on Jeon! Let's go!" Jeongguk's coach yelled. "Our game is in twenty minutes!"
Jeongguk grabbed onto the ball, wringing his arm around a few times before throwing it, the ball bouncing off of the net and into another kids hand.
He was out of it. BIG TIME. And he couldn't help but blame it on the, almost, kiss him and Jimin could've shared. He knew what he felt for the boy, and it sure ain't a regular friendship.
"I don't know whats wrong with you today, but I need you to get your head out of the clouds and get it in the game. This is a big game Jeon, and if we don't win you're gonna feel it." His coach gave his usual "pep talk" before walking off to bitch at another player.
But Jeongguk did as he was told and tried to get his head out of the clouds and play some polo. He grabbed the ball, and did the same thing over and over again before feeling the fire in his muscles.
He knew it was game time.
