The two part from each other, slightly out of breath from the light eagerness. "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that." Jeongguk comments as he places his head on top of Jimin's forehead.
"And you have no idea how long I've been waiting for you to do that." Jimin replies back to which they both laugh at. "Thank you Jeongguk, for coming in and holding me when I didn't ask."
"K now that makes me seem like I snuck in and touched you." Jimin slaps the boys shoulder as the other laughed. "But you're welcome, I was hoping for a response like that."
After holding each other, exchanging small kisses here and there, the two decided it was time to get up and help with the packing process that was going on downstairs. Jeongguk helped the boy out of bed as he had not been up and walked around fully for the past few days.
"How did you go to the bathroom if you haven't been walking?" Jeongguk asked as he lifted the boys arm over his shoulder.
"The bathroom is right there, I can crawl."
"Jimin, that's-"
"Don't ask any further questions."
Jeongguk raised his hands in defense. "Don't worry I won't."
The two limp their way out of the bedroom, hobbling down the stairs the best they could. "Look! He lives!" Taehyung jokes resulting in Jimin giving him the finger.
"Welcome back to the world Min!" Yoongi commented, to which Jimin smiled at, Taehyung throwing his hands up in anger.
"SO YOU'LL GIVE HIM A SMILE BUT ALL I GET IS THE FINGER!? WHOSE BEEN BRINGING YOU FOOD AND WATER OH AND NOT TO MENTION, HAS BEEN PACKING YOUR HOUSE UP? HUH HUH? ME. IT'S ME JIMIN!"
Jimin chuckles. "Thank you Taehyung, it means a lot to me. I swear." Taehyung dusts off his clothes with a pout.
"You're welcome." He pouts.
Everyone rolled their eyes at the childish behavior. "We brought flowers, Min. I hope you like them." Hoseok said as he gestured to the flowers that sat on the table.
"Oh my god guys, I'm not the one who died what are all these for." Jin cupped his mouth to hold his laughter in, feeling it would be wrong to smile at a time like this.
Unlike Jin, Taehyung busted out laughing, obviously not thinking too hard about the situation.
Everyone turned to Taehyung as they began to laugh with him, even Jimin. Jimin couldn't help but laugh at his own comment as well as his friend.
"No but seriously, this is very sweet of you guys." He said after the room had quieted down. "My grandma would've loved these." He said shortly after, tears beginning to prick his eyes.
Jeongguk wrapped his arm around the smaller boys waist and pulls him in close to his side, his head leaning down on top of it. "Don't cry, she's in a better place." Jimin sniffled, nodding and wiping away his tears.
The room fell silent. Jeongguk holding Jimin while everyone stared at the two. It was obvious everyone was still in the mourning process, Jimin especially, but they knew they had to be strong. Not only for Jimin, but his grandmother as well.
"Why don't we pack some stuff into the truck and head out, sound good?" Jimin looked at Taehyung, confused.
"Is it already the day?" He asked and Taehyung nodded his head. He knew it was coming close to the day where he would move in with Taehyung, he just didn't think it would be today.
Time really flew.
"I don't have my stuff all packed and-"
"That's why we're here, well not entirely but we're here to help. Why don't you go get washed up and help Taehyung load stuff into the truck." Namjoon said. Jimin nodded, leaving the comfort of Jeongguk's arms.
While Jimin did his thing in the bathroom, half of the boys left to his room to pack things up while everyone else began to put things into the moving van. Jeongguk was one of the three that packed things in Jimin's room, smiling at his team photos along with the many photos he had of his grandmother.
Jeongguk wrapped the frames up and carefully placed them in a box. Unlike Jeongguk the two other boys, being Namjoon and Jin, grabbed things from the closet and threw it into the box as if it was a basketball hoop.
"Aren't you guys going to wrap things?" He asked with a chuckle. The two turned to each other, looked down at he box and shook their heads. "Nah!" Jeongguk scratched the side of his head, leaving the two to do their own thing while he did his.
Back downstairs where four boys began to load the boxes onto the truck, Jimin being the one to organize things while the other three loaded them onto the truck. "How're you feeling Jimin?" Asked Hoseok who loaded one of the last kitchen boxes into the truck.
"I'm okay, sad I'll be leaving the home I spent my childhood in but also kind of excited to be living with my best friend." He said smiling.
Hoseok smiled as well. "How are things with Jeongguk? I saw the two of you being extra close earlier." He said nudging his elbow towards him. Jimin couldn't help but laugh.
"We're okay. Nothing special at the moment like, boyfriends. But i have a feeling we aren't too far away from being that." Jimin had looked down at his hands that held a smaller box and smiled.
"I'm happy for you Min, you deserve it." Hoseok said as he walked away to help with the living room.
"Yeah, me too."
