Flashback: This is Dream, This is You This is me talking about what's going on.
Luna was not always outgoing, you know... In fact, she used to be shy... Like you are...
The wolf neko girl had her head low, walking through Snowdin in Undertale slowly, occasionally kicking sticks or rocks in the path. She had no friends, since on the surface her experience just led to false friendships.
She was not that energetic ball of hyperness you see now. She was reserved, hidden away from anyone and everyone... She almost attacked Classic Papyrus out of fear from being his friend.
Luna shuddered, knife held in her hands. She was crying, holding the sharp object tightly and towards Papyrus. He took a single step forwards, and Luna jolted, jumping back. She only acted tough, since on the inside she wanted to be friends. But she couldn't listen to herself.
"HUMAN, I WILL HELP YOU SEE A BETTER WAY OF MAKING FRIENDS! PLEASE, JUST PUT THAT THING AWAY... I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET HURT... EMOTIONALLY OR PHYSICALLY! SO PLEASE... COME OVER HERE, DROP THE KNIFE AND GIVE IN TO THIS HUG OF-"
Luna bolted over, dropping the knife in the snow and latching herself onto Papyrus, crying. He sighed, and stood from his kneeling position. He saw his brother rush over, and smiled.
"SANS! I FIXED THE HUMAN! SHE WAS JUST SCARED TO MAKE A NEW FRIEND!" Sans saw the girl crying, and sighed with relief this wouldn't be a genocide run.
"You did fix her, Papyrus... let's get her inside..."
She had trouble opening up to everybody! but when she did, she reset, and made friends with everyone, staying with the classic skeleton brothers until Frisk came along and helped them get to the surface.
No way... Luna, scared to make friends? No... She would never be!
Yet, she was... I saw this happen due to her allowing me to read her memories...
End Flashback:
"So you see? She was scared to make friends, before meeting Ink, Blue and I... She's just trying to get you to open up too..." Dream placed a hand on your shoulder, and stood up. "But, I'll leave you to doing your own thing, since Geno wants to speak with you, I heard..." He left, and a Sans you had never seen before came over.
The first thing you noticed was the red slash across his ribcage, and white pixels covering one of his eyes. You shied away from him, but Fell chuckled a bit, leaning down to your ear.
"The slash is normal for Geno... And don't ask what's behind the pixels, trust me... You don't want to see, sweetheart..." Fell let out another chuckle, and stood back up, "I'll leave you two alone, now..."
He left, and Geno looked at you. "You're (Y/n), right? The shy girl?" He asked.
You swallowed, "Y-yes... I never knew I went by that title..."
"Really, Fell just said that... But why aren't you partying with everyone else? They're most likely happy to have a new friend."
"Wait a second, Luna showed me all the AU's she knows of earlier and you weren't one of them... What is your AU?" You asked, suddenly more confident.
"Aftertale... I'm not really an AU, more of a corrupted timeline in the voids..."
"Oh... Yeah, Luna told me about you... She told me why she couldn't get to your home... Your Frisk turned genocide, huh? And didn't reset, forcing you to be in that timeline?"
