Wolf Sans x Cat Reader Preview

Note: I don't know much about warrior cats. I only know Bluestar lost her sister and her mother, then lost a kitten in a snowstorm that looked like her sister.

In this story, you are a warrior cat leader. You had been told all your life that wolves lived on the opposite side of the forest, and you were never allowed there.

You had 2 kittens left in your litter, and you had to protect them somehow. Your mate had left you, and let the third kitten pass. You were about to lose your sanity. The only thing keeping you from jumping, was an unlikely friend.

You opened your eyes to see the moonlight shimmering on your (fur/c) fur. You looked at the kittens, seeing them asleep, but then did a recount.

You sighed silently, seeing the runt of the litter beginning to walk off. You grabbed her by the scruff of her neck, hearing her huff in frustration.

Her white fur was sparkling in the moonlight, and her blue eyes were gleaming with the soft shimmer of the stars. You placed her down, putting your paw around her.

"Starlight, just where do you  think you're going?" You asked playfully. She smiled up at you innocently.

"I wanna see the outside, mummy!"

You smiled gently, "Its too dangerous... wolves will kill us on sight..."

Starlight huffed again, "Will we ever be free?"

You looked up at the sky, "One day... all four of us will be able to leave and find new land..."

"Four? But what about daddy?"

"He's... not coming... he'll be too busy... doing other things..."

You weren't about to tell your kitten about her father going off to find food. Food supply was beginning to run low, and as the pack's leader, you were responsible for keeping it high.

"Okay, mummy! I'll stay here!" Starlight smiled.

"How about next week, we all go on a trip? Just you, me, your brother and sister. How does that sound?"

"Good-!"

"Hey, I'm back!" Your mate uttered.

You smiled, "Scratch that... the five of us are going."

"Daddy!" Starlight smiled.

"Hey, my little star..."

"Any luck on the food?" You asked.

"No... everything's on vacation."

"Okay. We better get some more sleep."

"Yeah." Your mate curled up next to you, and you leaned into him, curling your tail around the kittens.

Before you fell asleep, you felt Starlight cuddle into you, and you fell asleep.

You shot up, panting. You looked around, but saw nothing. Your kittens were safe. You looked to your side, seeing Solarfur and Nala beside you.

They were old enough to survive without you, being four months old, and you got up, running outside. You only ever went to the border of the cats, and that's when you saw your cliff.

You laid there when unable to sleep, and thought about your sister, Snowfur. She was so kind, and caring. She died due to you not saving her.

What would it be like... to let go?

To just... let your paws slide... even just a little bit?

Let me know if this is alright to do a chaptered story on. I'm thinking about it, but I don't know...
