The next morning Justin and Autumn woke up when the alarm went off.
"Game Day baby." Autumn says.
"I know. Its to see who goes for gold and who goes of silver." Justin replies.
"I know. It's a big day. It's also Matt's birthday." Autumn says.
"Yeah we have something fun planned for later."Justin says.
"I know. " Autumn says.
They both get up and get dressed. They then head out into the living room. Everyone meets out there. While the girls were getting the kids up, dressed and ready the guys made breakfast. Once everyone was ready they sit down and eat. After they finished they head to arena. Kris and the boys head to the locker rooms. Madison and the girls take the kids to their with the help of Jake. They sit down and get settled Russia and Finland took the ice. The national anthems were both sung and the first period started. Both teams were battling hard but both goalies were making great saves. The first period ends with the game tied at 0.
"Damn both goalies are on fire." Taylor says.
"Yes they are. We just need to figure out away to get our pucks past Finlands." Anna says.
"Yes I agree. But still two periods left." Madison says.
"She has a point." Nadia says.
"They will figure it out." Autumn replies.
"Yes they will." Jake says.
The second period starts. Both teams went hard at each other but again neither team can get their pucks past the other goalie. The second period ends still tied at 0.
"Damn those goalies are lit." Taylor says.
"Yes they are." Jake says.
"This sucks." Anna says.
"Yes it does but just think no matter what happens Russia will have the chance to go for either Gold or Bronze." Madison says.
"She has a point." Nadia says.
"Either one would be awesome. "Autumn says.
"Yes you guys make a great point. "Anna says.
The third period starts. Both teams were going hard core. Finally as the minutes were ticking awake Finland goes and scores a goal. The girls all boo. They end up winning the game. So Russia would be playing the loser of the Canada game for Bronze.
"Looks like they are going for Bronze." Autumn says.
"Yes they are and I am proud of Geno no matter what." Anna replies.
"So are we Anna." Madison says.
"Yes we will support him always." Nadia says.
"Yes we will." Taylor says.
"I can't wait to see what happens." Jake says.
Once they ice was cleared they head to find food. They each get something and then head back to their seats. They eat their food. They finish just as Canada and Czech Republic take the ice. Both anthems were sung and the first period started. Not long into the first Justin goes down and scores off a feed from both Kris and Sid.
"Hell yeah my baby starts off the scoring." Autumn says.
"That was amazing the way Kris set that play up." Madison says.
"Yes, and then Sid got it to Justin." Nadia says.
"And in it went." Taylor says.
"That was awesome." Jake says.
